Hi Jess, I just wanted to double check with you the formula for weightloss during breastfeeding from your ebook. My maintenance kcal intake is 1680, adding 460 for 23 oz of milk which is 2140, and then I subtract how much exactly?? This is where Im lost a bit, it seems the range between 500-1000kcal to subtract is pretty big. Can you please help out? Thanks!
