Wow, the timing of this is awesome! Literally saw a video of a guy talking about mold poisoning and was trying to keep my head level and not go down that rabbit hole. Things like this show me Jesus is near in this struggle. ♥️

omg yay. so excited. my Q&A for the pots video is:
    1. what is your biggest pots symptom?
    2. do you still have symptoms?
    3. how do you manage your symptoms?

Thank you for doing the mold testing so I don’t have to😂 I work in moldy basements a lot and I’m sure my levels would be off the charts. But the body has amazing mechanisms to rid itself of environmental poisons.
I’m in Shaan’s mentorship now and I’m making so much progress.

Great video and well done. I’m fairly new to your channel. Anxiety and panic are a beast for me and I’ve been looking at DNA and Methylation etc. An absolute minefield 🤦🏻. Keep up the good work 💪🏻

My main symptom is anxiety, so it’s hard to deal with because I know it’s caused by MCAS but doctors don’t believe me. I can’t tolerate medications either.

I love the way you lay it out. Thank you for sharing!! Do you have to stop taking all your supplements to be able to heal? I tried stopping all my supplements my functional medicine Dr put me on last year and had a three month crash.

I wish I'd never heard of long covid or at least never visited forums where they discuss it. All this stuff seems to be from a sensitized nervous system so of course the treatment is the same no matter what label you put use to describe how you're feeling. It's sad that people who label themselves as having CFS, long covid and similar things are waiting around for a biomedical treatment that's never coming when they could be working to desensitize their nervous systems. If you use the label "anxiety" people on the forums become furious since the echo chamber says it's something scary like "micro clots" etc.

Honestly thank you for that comment! I regret ever getting on Reddit and reading all of those things! We just need to desensitize our nervous system and move on! 🙏🏻
