      Rubbish I`m an atheist and I`m not scared of the ghost in my house nor is it anything demonic or evil as paranoid religious people like to claim. She does no harm and is sometimes the source of fun when people don't expect something to occur. You religious people need to get a grip.

      @noevilea624 6 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      Ian Hernandez - the issue here is being scared is what feeds them so if people learned to get over the religious induced fear then they might find things changed. The only person that has ever has a problem with mine was an ex-GF that was scared and ended up copping it a few times but when fear is the emotion then more fear is what you get. It`s pretty simple actually. I had more issues as a child because YES I was scared ( got punched in the back once) but over time have grown to accept her being around and now is the source of some entertainment when you least expect it. She`s even helped me get 2 unwelcome so called friends out of my life so it isn't all bad but it is if you make it that way.
      Interesting name you have given the subject.

    • @noevilea624
      @noevilea624 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hey Ian Hernandez - the floating head I`ve seen for many years now still manages to catch me by surprise and the trippy thing is I`ve seen her a few times in pretty close proximity and managed to smile while looking directly at her face/eyes and have actually seen her smile as she fades back out till the next time. Takes a bit of getting used to but while many people have experienced her here in the 14 years I`ve been here only the GF had any real issues back in 2006 when she was grabbed and pulled in the bed while I was working away. She refused to stay in the house if I was away working after that.
      So the way I look at it it`s still largely dependent on the way people react. Maybe not in all cases but mine seem to respond accordingly and has been a fixture in my life since 1976.
      Just in the last year I came across pictures of the vehicle she was killed in during a head on collision that caused her heart to be pushed through her spine.
      I don't even know why she attached to me because we hated each other with a passion when she was alive.

    When I was a teenager I had this scary experience I can't explain. It was reasonably late at night, and I had a friend staying over. We were hanging out in my room when I heard talking coming from what I thought was my mum on the phone down the hall in her study. I figured she was still awake because the light was left on and I went to go pay her a visit. But when I got there she wasn't there. It was literally only a 3 to 5 second walk from my room, and I could still hear the talking. I thought maybe someone else in the house was up and talking to someone, but quickly noticed everyone was in their rooms asleep, and I could still hear the talking. I was confused as hell at this point so asked my friend if she could hear it too, and she said she could and was also quite confused. I think it was around this point that we heard a second voice talking back to the first. And then the two voices moved down the hall back towards my room, which happens to be by the front door and was where my friend was standing. We both started to freak out a bit and all I could think to do was to open the front door and say "Hello?" and then the voices stopped. Completely. And we didn't hear them again. Our house was in the country, and the driveway was completely stones and gravel. We would've heard if a person or two were walking around out there especially because of how isolated we were, but we never heard anything, coming or going. My friend who had made plans to get a boy to pick her up before this happened cancelled on him because she was too scared to leave the house.

      Damarys Dingui. Ciao Paisana da Bagheria Sicilia. Amica Mia. Do you really believe all this merda. It's just like a story we have here about The Goat Man of Corleone ( La Caprauomo di Corleone Sicilia) . He is said to roam the woods from Corleone, Savoca, D' Agra and all the way up to here ( Bagheria) and to Palermo. My Parents always told My older Brothers and I when you are around The Corleone area stay out of the woods at Night. And there is a Cemetery located very close to Bagheria named Santa Helena Cemetery. Well the story is late at Night on a clear bright Moon lit Night you can see The Ghost of a middle aged Woman dressed all in black standing next to Her Husbands Grave crying and saying My Love ( Amore Mia). Some People say they have seen Her there usually between 3:30 and 4:00 AM. Dio vi Benedica Amica Mia.

    I know the building has been gone for nearly six years, but have you heard of the old Clovis Sanitarium here in Fresno? For years it was a Sanitarium where all kinds of abuse, experiments and torture was carried out on the patient's who were there. Many deaths mostly abandoned mental patients and senior citizens that the families wanted no more to do with. An administrator fell dead behind his desk on Halloween night of 1985. There's still a lot of pictures of the old building, inside and out, and stories. Might be worth some interest. Even though the building is gone, I have a feeling the energy is still there.

    I lived literally like two blocks away from this house during the early 2000s. I don't know what the neighborhood was like when this happened, but when I lived there it was a ghetto. Gunfire every night, homeless people, drugs all over the place. If that isn't the type of place to draw paranormal phenomena, I don't know what is. With all that sorrow and suffering, it wouldn't surprise me if the story were at least partially true.
    P.S. Thinking back, I'm pretty sure this was also the first (and only, thankfully) place I lived when I had episodes of sleep paralysis. It's probably just a coincidence, but that building I lived in was creepy to begin with either way lol.

    I consulted on a case in Hampton,TN that had similar poltergeist like activity. Bad smells, black mist, apparitions and objects moving about. Initially it seemed benign, so i recommended that a sealing ritual take place. This involves denoting a sigular object to the spirit to appease it and welcome it into the home. With poltergeists this tends to limit the activity by balancing positive energy with the negative.
    However, unbeknownst to us, the entity in question was significantly darker than we had been led to believe. Eventually, following various attacks on the members of the household, coupled with bad smells, scratching on the walls and so forth that the entity was demonic in nature.
    Demons are tricky beings, often masquerading as poltergeists, or friendly spirits. They feed off negative energy and as an individual begins to find more positive circumstances, their power can wane. I think it possible that the horrific circumstances in which that man died drew the demon to that house and the demon either posed as the old man or otherwise bound itself to his spirit, taking on the ghosts personna to conceal its true nature.

    What about the pocture of the camera guy almost being hung in the attic. When his friend used the camera's flash to see what was happening they got that picture. Also they videotaped the event in the attic and they video taped the stuff dripping down the walls. Didn't they also capture a wierd arching light that was photographed in a corner but the light wasn't bent by the corner? I recall watching a mjnd of documentary on the case. So did the TH-camr do any research on this phenomenon? It would seem not since not only was the evidence not presented, but the lack of evidence was used as a reasoning to show that the story was a fake.?

    I remember watching the original video and even as a kid it came across as fake. Looking back at the video it was typical of the interest in paranormal subjects on TV at the time. There were a bunch of tabloid style shows that were always trying to top each other with new "real" footage . The culmination of these videos came with the Alien Autopsy video then these types of shows spawned the ghost hunting programs. If there was a ghost at that house they made sure to play it up knowing it would be a great tape to sell to the paranormal shows of the time. After decades of being interested in this subject I do think something physical is happening when people see ghosts. The problem is like the interest in UFO's there are a lot of con men out there trying to make money off the subject. Problem is for the interest in ghosts is almost everyone is bullshitting to make a buck. The only people I say who are at least trying to be serious about the subject are local ghost hunters. This is why I've become very sceptical about the subject of hauntings and ghosts.

    Good story! I always find it soothing to watch one or two of your videos once in a while before sleep, it makes my dreams a bit more vivid and interesting. Thank you for your contribution!

    Had me up until the Ouija board. Never understood how a spirit, especially a poltergeist willing to answer questions, also can't move the marker on its own.

    I think that you guys run a great story and tell them very well. I also respect your skepticism! I really do! I want to believe in the paranormal, but I’m often skeptical myself because I don’t want my desire to believe to be the reason why I think something is true.
    That being said, I think that the skepticism that was shared at the end of this episode seemed more of a stretch than the ghost stories themselves. It almost suggests that it’s not to be believed just because of a predetermined set rules of what is “rational”. And it’s not really any harder to believe or greater for one to wrap their head around than say the core temperatures of the Sun or just how fast the speed of light really is. Camera malfunction happens in these cases all the time. The fact that it happened seems more convenient for the skeptics than anyone else. An easy cop out to call it fake and deny at least some degree of evidence to the afterlife/ghosts.
    Anyways, this is no way an attack on you guys! You run a great channel and I love the fact that you present all the facts! Makes for a good discussion. But I just cannot imagine Jackie just made all of this up. From the profile presented, it doesn’t seem like she would have been clever enough to come up with such an elaborate hoax. Also, I don’t think it too too strange for a paranormal investigator’s first reaction to photograph a situation rather than help a friend.
    Anyways, thanks guys!

    The original house that stood there and Jackie lived in is long gone, in fact the pictures you use are of the house that replaced it. Not the original. I was 17 at the time of the Haunting and when I heard of the event, rode my bike out to the home from Lennox, which is not a short trip. In later years when I had to pass that area for business or visiting the local animal shelter that handled the area in which I lived(Harbor Gateway) the street in question always gave me a shudder long after I forgot that it was the haunting of Jackie Hernandez. Whatever is there is not friendly and only waiting for someone to give it the energy it craves to become more active.

    As a skeptic, I'm not a fan of ghost stories, but I did enjoy watching this video. Your balanced approach to this story made watching it worthwhile. For some reason, the paranormal and I don't seem to be interested in one another. For the last 35 years, I've lived across the street from a 143 year old cemetery without incident.

    Nice, thanks! Definitely worth the wait! I don't really think that all hauntings are actual ones, as a lot of them be explained as simply being figments of the imagination, projected fears based on stories told to you by others or your own insecurities and anxiety during certain times of your life. That being said, it doesn't rule out some instances in which have no psychological reasoning (note, I said 'reasoning' and not explanation).

      Toper Taylor you can scare yourself into seeing things yes. The mind is extremely powerful. However , I've seen and heard residual type hauntings that are just past events over lapping. I've also had encounters with intelligent energies that feed on negative energy usually fear or anger. These aren't beings you want around bc they can make you sick on every level of your existence. The power of higher light forces easily drive these beings away though they take some persistent prayer at times.

      @@cryptomon86 I wasn't saying hauntings and ghosts weren't real, I was just giving a few examples of how a lot of events can make people believe there is a haunting going on.

      I'm erring on the side of ghosts not being real. Of course, I cannot conclusively prove that they aren't real, so I am open to the possibility, but from everything I have seen I would say it is very, very unlikely. And I mean *really* unlikely.
      As you said, a lot of it is psychological. I would say most of it, actually. Humans tend to look for patterns and meaning in pretty much everything and we often have deep seeded biases that are almost impossible to detect and eliminate. This is why scientific papers are always validated by other, unrelated scientists, and why doctors don't try to diagnose themselves. No matter how well trained it is, the human brain can't be trusted to be unbiased and not find patterns where no patterns exist.

    Hey, I know you put a lot of time into the video, but we call it San PEEDRO over here in San Pedro. San is pronounced like 'San' from 'Sand' and Pedro is a hard E. 593 W 11th Street also doesn't exist anymore, the house numbers skip over it.
