whats the build you have on Lushun? Debating between range, rfp, and brawler for skills.
It's at the end of the video but i switched from range to fearless brawler for DPM, i always use rpf now, situational awareness is key, Thank you!

Yes. AP have far more damage and if the ship is already on fire, there is no point in shooting HE on broadside cruiser/bbs.

On your AP Overpens, I recomend you watch that again. Sure you got Over Pen, but that's still 10% damage, and it was probably the same'ish number of over pens as you had before in Non Pens.... I'll take Over Pen vs Non Pens any day of the week. 🙂 In short if you're getting a lot of non pens with HE, then I'd go for AP for the fun of it.
