I would like to point out that Baneling cocoons are really more like chrysalises rather than cocoons. A cocoon is made by moths out of silk or stuck together leaves and stuff that they find and attach to make a shell, whereas a chrysalis is a hardened shell or skin that that the pupa detaches from and lives inside. Just for the record.
HD just a little hint. Try to pay more attention to the minimap. I saw an scary line of who knows what from the zerg heading to a terran base but didnt see because the observer view was in another part of the map. I know its hard, but it would be nice to be on top of it. Great cast.
Actually, a Widow mine can be retargeted just before it fires. You've got about half a second to a second to do it. He could have been unaware, but it being Bomber it was likely part of the plan.

This is exactly the sort of BS both Terran & Protoss have been raging about for a while now. Mass muta balls are just ridiculous, utterly impossible to deal with once they hit that critical mass. Everyone QQ's about the mines, but you see scarlet here (and Curious in his match vs Flash) deal with them, and now they're getting their splash nerfed severely. The muta regen has GOT to go as a consequence because mass phoenix/thor just isn't practical.
I'm masters 1v1 and I like getting just a few hellbats, vikings, marauders but mostly marine medivac army against muta bane ling. In theory, I guess marines are superior to anything if you can dodge banes,but it's so hard.now I don't even try to spread my marines because I have low APM.I just 'A' move and when bane comes, I select all my marines and tell them to go behind marauders and hellbats.I wonder why pros don't get mara,hellbat or vike.maybe I'm stuck at masters because of my composition?
Has zerg tried getting more than 3 units? Zerglings, Banelings and Mutalisk? What a stupid question! I can't use 100 tech ways to defeat my enemy. Either i transition into another tech or I don't.

Also, since I'm at it, please remember that when you are talking about multiple objects (plural), it's 'ARE' not 'is'. "There ARE many zerglings" and not "there -is- many zerglings" ---you make this mistake at least twice per cast.
Lol, the Terran was maybe diamond in real skill. Honestly, absolutely no strategy to speak of, just massed the same units and dropped in one spot at a time occasionally until he lost. Widow mines are the only reason he survived 10 minutes.

sure, do you want her to go Ling-Infestor and leave the skies open to not only medivacs but a single viking to clear the overlord spotting. OR Roach-Hydra and loose to the much more efficient Marine-Medivac with some assorted marauders or mines. Oh i know(!) tech up to the expensive Ultra or Broodlord by 15min when the latest Terran att should have already hit by. Play all the races before you talk shit about a matchup

For sure you are entitled to your opinion. However, I don't feel that I am protecting particularly anyone's virtue. I would have made the statement even if the victim was some arbitrary person. I made it in a general sense.
And medivacs are dropping and are being used, the replacement for science vessels are being used in the late game and tanks are being used. You have no point.

Haha this game is so intense, HD has no time to swallow the buildup of saliva with all that casting, this game is epic!
What is the name of this map? And of course the great play of both players (mostly Scarlet).
HD he doesn't need a thor, marines hard counter mutas and even if they lose an engagement they are always cost effective

Only in any version of starcraft since inception can zergs have so many imba units; mutas, brood lords, banelings, and infestors.
You don't see a baneling getting 11 kills with 1 detonation..and then exploding again :D
Psystarcraft is pretty good; he is a masters zerg player and caster. Cricket Starcraft was good; if he comes back to casting; he is in a break.
And once again we can see how the widow mine destroyed SC2.
