Not yet. the nerf will give them reduced damage the further from the detonation zone a unit is (like a sieged tank). the splash radius itself is still the same but between the 1.50 and 1.75radius (larger than EMP radius) it does 10damage instead of the full 40, armor still ignored.
Hi like TLO a lot, but Happy has an awesome play style. Husky casted him in a TVP (i forgot the protoss player) and happy was rocking 30 APM, but had the Protoss contained for like 5 minutes haha. Was a cool match to watch.

I love how micro intensive the matchup has become for the zerg player yet all the terran player has to do really is burrow widow mines and split marines. Widowmines really need some tinkering.
Happy crippled TLO's economy by hitting the drone line with Hellions (and TLO botched the drone pull) and then destroying an expansion before there were any mines on the field. It is easy to focus on the mine play, but Happy won that game a lot earlier.

^ This. If anyone remembers how unbeatable zerg was near the end of WoL, then you know that terran is fine the way it is. Even though Widow mines DID get a buff.
the muta is too much of an expensive and situational unit, i don't think it needs a nerf. they seem fine. they cost 100 gas, it's one of the biggest gas sinks in the zerg army. and you can't really use them in frontal fights.
How come Terrans aren't dominating all the major tournaments if the race is OP? Even in WCS where Terrans have recently had some more success in winning do we see only a 33% appearance rate in the finals (equal to Z and P in 2013). Terran are presently vastly underrepresented in GM league as well. Its not an easy race by any means.
Terran... My hopes for LotV, remove the marine and widow mine, make MULEs and scans on a cooldown, and make the cooldown really long. But that will never happen. -_-
Balance testing still going on. Hope they nerf Muta regen in response though, 'cause they're both OP (WM splash and Muta Regen). Seriously Mutas heal too damn fast.

Zerg is OP as shit as always they are the constant cry babies nevertheless, it worked for them before, getting every terran unit nerfed to death and even removed from the game, just not enough
widow mines are the most dumb thing, terran is way broken at the current moment, too many options, too many harrass, too many good units. protoss is the middle ground, but zerg gets it the worst.

And zerg have swarm hosts, ridiculously fast mutas. so what terran have to do, mmm as always, thanks to your nagging, HOTS bring nothing to terran, it is WoL all over again.

They do seem crazy good but keep in mind that Happy was already in the lead while he was using them.

You'd think with all the times terrans get hit with the nerfbats they could stop being so OP.
They won't nerf the muta guaranteed because it just doesn't need a nerf

Every Protoss uses the Mothership core, or they are doing it wrong. Not every Terran uses widowmines, so your point seem to backfire
