I typically do twist outs with the Doux mousse and I don’t have problem with flakes. The times I have used Kinky Curly leave in with the mousse, I have had flakes. Love your relationship with the Lord and your faith. Great video! ❤❤
The flaking is not from the Mousse trust me. Try it by itself, it's not the mousse.

That's very interesting. I am ketovore and decided to go full carnivore for the winter time. Once I removed sugar from my diet, my skin started to look better and I feel great. Every person is unique and you have to find what suits you best. I've finally started to understand that we need to experiment with what works best for our body and be flexible. If it no longer is working, make a change. Best of luck

Hi NappyFu … the first time I used mousse Def I got similar results. After watching some videos ( other TH-camrs and the product creator) I realized I did not use enough of the product. The last time I used it ..I used more of the product and I got a much better result.. very defined. I don’t recall getting flakes.

That mousse needs to be used alone to prevent flaking
The movie is Sarafina. It tells the story of South Africa's oppression days & the fight for freedom of the African majority from white minority rule & segregation. It was the first movie I ever saw @ the cinema. Brings bittersweet memories.
I stopped using gel it’s drying
Always wanted to try a mousse wash and go. Is there any reason to stop using gel?
No, people claim that it dries the hair out and contain alcohol but that is only old school gels. I rarely every see that 💯 People just believe what their momma and grandma says
I love and need gel for a wash and go. No curl cream or mousse can give me a solid wash and go that lasts for a week. Gel is the way to go for a long lasting wash and go for type 4 hair.

I’ve used this mouse in every suggested way and it’s drying hard itchy and flaky. It just doesn’t work for me.
That's ok sis it's not a mousse that works for all. Funny enough it didn't work for me at first either. 😉
