You don't really need to buy sticky type of rice. I have standard rice from the supermarket. I make my rice with little water as much as possible and only refill it little water if the rice soaked all of it. Once the rice is done, just add a little corn starch which makes the rice sticky. I did the rest and made the rice crackers. Thank you. Just a little heads-up. Please check once in a while in the microwave because I left the rice in my microwave 800W for 2.30 minutes and the rice was burned. I checked every 30 seconds.

My grandson is 4yrs old when his mother start sending to us to care for once a week. I was shocked to hear he doesn't eat vegetables, rice bread, cakes or meat. He only drank his milk twice a day. and eat fruits and fries! But lately I bought rice cracker he began to eat them. Now I want to try making your version that has spring onions in it

I've never use 1000kw microwave, but I would think 2 minutes on one side and 1 and half minutes other side. If it's not crispy enough when you take it out from the microwave, then adds 10 seconds more until crispy. I hope it helps! 🤗

私もお煎餅が大好きなんですが、海外だとめっちゃ高級おやつ(高すぎ!)なので、この方法を発見した時うれしかったです😆💰私はまだ試していないので温度とか時間とかはわからないんですが、水分を飛ばしながら焼くだけなのでオーブンやフライパンでもできるらしいですよ!手作りお煎餅美味しかったです😋

Hello😊 I've never made this with a regular oven by myself, but apparently you can do it -- Oven bake 180C, about 25-30 minutes on each side (I think it's better to adjust the temperature and time to your oven). I hope it helps!
