      @@angelac1453 I have been using vitamin c super serum plus, Niacinamide serum 12% plus zinc and Retinol cream 2.5 since it's release. I was quite skeptical at 1st because I was not seeing much difference since my skicare journey started in 2019(which is also due to Susan's videos). But these three months of using these products with some chemical exfoliaants and Cerave face wash my skin is thriving. I was wondering if you could make everything with a pump? I’ve had issues in the past with your serums and the dropper. It doesn’t get everything and a lot of the product pushes back out once you put the dropper back into the packaging. Even your jar moisturizers, if those could be put into a pump, I’m sure so many of your customers would love it 🥰. Just a friendly suggestion. So far I do love your products. Especially the Niacinamide gel cream, vit c super plus serum, and alpha arbutin 😁. I’m looking at the PHA 👀💙

    • @gabbiemartin3091

      I repurpose my pumps. I use the Niacinamide the most so I take the pump from that bottle, clean it out really good and then put it on the products I have with a dropper. Especially bc the pumps are sold out a lot. I do agree about the moisturizers as well specifically the gel based ones bc the thicker creams would have to be in a squeeze tube. I am sure it costs more for the squeeze tube (plus not as eco friendly) and I’m assuming the pumps are more costly as well. If the cost goes up for the company, the cost would go up for the consumers as well ;( its almost like they should offer both with one being slightly more expensive? But idk of any companies that offer that. Is a good idea though..

      please address this questions to dermatologist, Susan does not have the training nor education on the subject and should not give any advise on anyone skin care . She merely regurgitates Google information for entertainment on her channel . The fact that she come up with this "skin care line" does not mean they are effective and safe. It just means she made enough money to launch questionable skin care line like any other youtuber .

However, I'm afraid that mixing it with vitamin C might make it harder to use for people with truly sensitive skin, who usually can't tolerate vitamin C. Placed my order immediately for azelaic acid and TEX acid. So excited to use these for my birth control induced melasma and sun damage. Would love to know how to fit these into a skin care routine with other naturium products like vitamin c, alpha arbutin and retinol.

    Tranexamic Acid 5% is my favorite product, it really works beautifully to brighten and even skin tone. After years of living in FL, this really repaired the damage. I love PHAs and mandelic acid for my sensitive skin but the Ph range for this is listed as 4-5, which seem high to be effective.

    I wish you didn't add niacinamide in (almost) everything . I get that so many people love this ingredient, but a lot of people can't tolerate it and I feel like I am missing out on some great serums

    • @HarrisPilton789
      @HarrisPilton789 4 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      Right. It's really unnecessary, because there is already a 12% niacinamide serum in the product line. People who want that can just layer that serum with the other serums.

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi🙌🏻☀️Also you get Niacinamide from cereal grains, fish, green veggies, starch, beans , milk, eggs and Meats for example. You can also get it to form in the body from vitamin B. There are so many other great ingredients that anti age and change the skin naturally.

      @@PeachesSkinCare the topical effects of niacinamide can't be achieved with diet. You can't reduce pore size or hyperpigmentation unless it's going onto skin.
