I found trying to access contentment was the hardest. I'm working on allowing that trust and calmness to be how I live my life, not just seeking the highs and lows. To be in the middle of the river and not clinging to the bank.

Cole, I had all these notes, horoscopes, fortunes, SIGNS that someone very positive and healing was coming into my life.
I firmly believe this is YOU and this practice.
Thank you for posting these on TH-cam.
    Thank you for this practice!
    Am grateful.

This was amazing. Is it weird that being asked to concentrate on joy made me cry? You have been my yoga instructor for the long pandemic. I am grateful for you. Thank you.

This was such a powerful exercise. I allowed the tears to fall as I felt the emotion on sadness. I held my wounded inner child with love and offered these tears to spirit. An amazing release. Thank you for your medicine Cole ❤ I will meet you at your retreats someday 🙏

This was exactly what I needed... I discovered that I have a hard time connecting with anger, so I’ll work on it! Thank you Cole❤️

So grateful for you and for this. The emotion that I am most resistant to feel is anger. Maybe bc I lived with it for so many years. I quickly shift to joy and I’m very sensitive to sadness yielding to it easily ❤😊

Thank you so much for your work. i shared this with my morning meditation group (im a substance abuse counselor) and it was very well received, and many individuals shared who have historically struggled with sharing in the group setting. Thank you for being so "real", I think that helps alot of people connect with you and your messages and teaching more so than others.

Thank you so much for this meditation. I was outside today while doing this and it was a little hard to concentrate because I have this little boy cat that wants so much attention and he cried almost the whole time if I didn’t pet him. So I started out my meditation really resonating with anger and ended up with a huge amount of joy. It was orange yellow and made me feel open, light, and easy. Always grateful for your classes. 🙏❤️

So so helpful. Thank you for allowing me to get in touch with my emotions. I often feel lost and confused when I haven't done an internal "check's" in a while, and this really helped to ground and get me back to my true self.

This kind of meditation I could do. I did it lying with a block under low back. It was wonderful, I will be back. Thanks for the gifts you give with every session,

This is just what I need in this season. Journaling came easily as the prompts were given. Having words to name emotions is a powerful tool to better understanding myself. Thank you for this work, Cole.

Thank you for this Cole. A much needed practise. Definitely felt the anger in my throat. Which is interesting as I have a thyroid disease I believe has been emotional affected by anger.
It was helpful and now need.to journal.
