Where did you get that zipper? It has already leather on it or you did glue leather on it before sewing?

Yes it is the usual No.5 zipper of YKk, and I glued strips of leather on both sides .

There are two stitch lines , one keeps it secure to the main body of bag, second was for the liner

Is you sewing machine electric or hand crank?

It's an electric one , meant for high speed fabric stitching, Juki DDL8700, it's servo motor malfunctioned and I couldn't get it repaired due to lockdown, so in this video I am hand cranking it.

I am sorry for the poor video , I'll try to fix it next time , the measurements of the bag had to be 22 length x 10 width x 12 hight (inches)
So the cut pieces were
2 panels of 32x17 inch
Base- 22x10 inch
0.5 inch margin on all free sides.
