Nice looking. You may want to rethink using wax canvas as lining as during hot weather. the wax can transfer to clothes.
This exactly! No need for the waxed canvas properties on the inside of the bag.

I used to watch these videos thinking I can definitely do this. Until I made a few small leather projects. Not easy and especially hard to produce a flawless product.
Really beautiful bag and craftsmanship. May I suggest using waterproof canvas lining instead of waxed canvas.

Beautiful bag! I’m starting to make bags myself mostly tote bags. Gussets are my enemy as well. Do you have any tips on how you size the circle gusset for your bag?

Just came across your video and visited your site and you have some very lovely products. Currently I'm constructing a weekend travel bag. It's the most ambitious project I've attempted. I've done mostly minimalist wallets and two tote bags. Everything I do is hand punched an stitched. It's so time consuming. When did you start using A sewing machine? I'm interested in knowing how long it takes you to make something this large. Thanks

I got it from Joann’s Fabrics - any craft store should have it
is that ordinary double sided tape? or it is specific for leather?
its Tandy Double Sided Adhesive tape, I wouldn't say its specific for leather but it works well for leather
What was the mistake you mentioned regarding the tubular and gussets? Is it shown in the video? Didn’t really get that..
I set the tubular rivet backwards (there isn't necessarily a correct forward or backward, but I wanted it reversed.) the star pattern that the rivet makes once it's set I wanted on the inside but accidentally set it so it was outside

I love the bag... the only deal breaker is your logo on the front and back of the bag... The quality is amazing and for $550 I just don't wan't a whisky glass promently on a bag...
some cool stylized press into the bag would be amazing
