I wanted to thank everyone for all the suggestions regarding what MMO to check out! Iruna Online was a lot of fun, and I still can't get over how populated it is, I never thought mobile MMORPG's could be this awesome!

Iruna is harder, Toram is easier, and Alchemia is dumb easy... Basically graphics just make a game more appealing to others...
Drake's io the fact that Alchemia is so easy is why I hardly play it. I feel like Saitama, unfulfilled and bored because there’s not really any challenge.
eh iruna just got annoying i like toram cause the boss fights you can't actually avoid the bosses massive hits. iruna it just deals a ton of damage for instance first time i started i made it to vatendeth i had 6k health the fucker hits 1-2 damage all of a sudden i get hit with 20k damage and after that he chased down my friend and did the same to him and his sister haha
@@akashiYami Well, for starters, why do I feel like you were underleveled, with a potentially weak weapon, and maybe your stats were all over the place...
But yeah, I still get your point, Iruna loves to kick your ass on MQ and even harder after MQ.
Small note, if you SOLO the battles (or go with pets) the bosses are weaker in comparison to their REAL selves (trust me, fighting a Boss either before their MQ battle or AFTER it raises their difficulty to Fuck You)
@@omnibeta1876 Oh he had it worse then me I did it all solo aiming for Spec paladin I am already at Saterica and now I am starting to struggle to beat the boss that and the fact I don't have the greatest equipment I am still wearing my tunic and I just recently bought a Sauro Blade.

Used to be an iruna veteran and the game and storyline is undeniably fun. Graphics are retro however to progress in the game you need to get connections in the community, which isnt necessarily bad. However for new players the price of good gear has inflated, drop rates when grinding aren't fantastic either. If you're new without high lvl players helping you it will be very hard to progress and enjoy when it comes to the combat and buying gear for your job. Also when allocating stats make sure you know what you're doing when it comes to the job you'll later become.
Yep i remember the three rats quest was super hard and you needed to wait to create a party who didnt do the quest
back in the days, iruna only have 4 hair options lol

My very first mobile MMORPG. I played this game since the release. And to be honest, I don't recommend this to new players now. The game's economy is totally crazy and inflated. Very grindy, to say the least. Filled with cheaters and scammers, everywhere! And the community, hmm... I don't even want to talk about it. The game's losing its charm, and it's very sad.
Depending on how you play it nowadays this game is still ok. But not good, I'll give you that.
Yeah, it's really hard to buy things now... Can't believe stuff are at the billion...

Been playing as old as you, 2013. College days. I used to cut classes just to play this.
Now I am working, i still make myself absent just to play this game and farm.
People have different likings and interests. Its just a matter of respect. If you don't care then just shut it. And let newbies play its up to them if they can catch up or not.
Considering the fact that all online games are actually really not newbie friendly. Its just that sometimes newbies are just too ambitious and of course jealous of those high levels and wants to get as strong as the old player.
So they ended up just being BITTER instead of being motivated to be at least one of them.
But TBH there are just ppl that has no talent in soloing and doing better ways to be able to have yourself be at par to any online games.
Trust me! I am 25 and been playing RPG since 8 years old.. Been scammed a lot of times and had many sacrifices and hard work.
NONE of the online games that I had played were ugly to me... Because you just need to LEARN to APPRECIATE and NOT HATE.

iruna is alot better when u get leveled up alot lol. but yea it is pretty old but still fun.

i've played iruna since i was 11-12, and i'm still playing it now as a 17 year old, haha. i hold it very close to my heart since i've met lovely people on there. i have not hacked even the slightest bit and i feel like that's the fun part of any game.
I've been playing since about when it came out I'm almost 20 now and I have a level 309 alchemist
Iruna is my 1st and most memorbale MMORPG . its been around 5 yrs more , I have been hooked to this game , aside from what some said about scammers and cheaters , thats just 1 negative aspect of the game . However , u cannot totally ignore the best features of iruna .
1) the story of this game is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 entire chapters dedicated to the storyline and weekly updates to it .
2) vast selection in choosing jobs . being an iruna veteran i have over 12 chars and have tried almost every job available (also the job map u showed is a bit old @MMOByte. We have Alchemist , Servant , Beast knight and Necromancer too. and Summoner soon)
3) ofc the community and even more , ur guildmates . just try to get inside a proper loving and caring guild and u will be hooked to this game . grinding for ur guild , with ur frnds/guildies , getting stronger to help them , caring for each other . all these stuffs is what makes iruna albeit an ancient game , really unique and dear to my heart.

True. Im not sure about the cheater part tho. I havent met any hacker yet and Im playing this game for 4 years (found it 5 years ago but it didnt appeal to me). Right now on the english version theres no pvp, so i wonder just how can a cheater harm you? I enjoy the game and especially after this day, when the rebalance will come out. Alex Vivaldi cheater = speedhacker or botter, dupers and dmg hackers.
Sh makes u lag in game and dc/ fc.
Bots take ur mobs in grind/farm.
Dupers destroy the market price and if caught , ur acc gets banned.
Damage hackers is just for show .
Anyways u sure u played for 4 yrs and never met such ppl? Really doubtful lol .
I always play on the last server. Right now im always on Eldas. So maybe this is why, but for real, I havent met any of them. As doubtful as it sounds :)). I heard about speedhackers but never met one. The only one that seems bad for me are the dupers. The market in Iruna changed so much from the beginning. Not sure if its their fault. Either way we players make the market, so it would have changed as well. But for real, I never met them. Or never knew that they were cheaters
Alex Vivaldi I've seen hackers in all servers specially those empty servers like Server5. Less ppl and less likely to get banned. Its hard to believe in 4 years you have not seen one. But Im sure you have. you just probably ignored them or walk with party mode on all the time.. but really there are many hackers in this game that ruin the fun. makes it very unfair for legit players. specially in grinding spots.
Best part is the demon turle is actually a dragon xD

I've been playing this mmo and still playing. This game is really good.. To note..somewhat, toram is actually a continuation of iruna. Iruna is more complicated to handle like in lvling... it have grinding spots.. and it's advisable to lvl up first before doing mq because as you reach 200, lvling will be harder... If you have questions you can also just ask the players there and anyone will answer and help you..

I met great ppl made tons of friends and it delivered the Adventure no mmorpg had ever delivered.
Celes Arca still my fav from Asobimo. Played all the games they made for global in the beginning. Iruna before ferzen and the journey from there has been long and enjoyable. Glad to see people enjoy these games aswell

The game has great story. It's a lonely journey but you can make friends with people you met around!
I'm sad that players are decreasing alot lately but I guess its part of a game's lifetime. But hey, I'm here and I only played for the story for the entire 3 years, Alone.
But if you like to try this game i recommend you seek for a guild. They can help you pass some obstacles.
At the moment we have 6 Episodes or 6 Books in other words.
Episode 1 - World of Iruna
Episode 2 - World of Dragons
Episode 3 - Parallel world of Iruna
Episode 4 - Forgotten Continent
Episode 5 - World of Demi Humans
Episode 6 - The Past of Iruna
Every each stories has remarkable and unique characters you'll encounter throughout the story. Characters that are not present in Toram's Timeline and will never be.
Unlike Toram Online, Iruna has way more realistic way how to live in a fantasy world. From trading with merchants and players, Slaying quests and rare item collection, Learning skills can be taught or can be learned by reading books, Job system that breaks the limit of your character way further than you can ever think, piercer monsters in billion numbers and their copies, places nobody ever thought exists in-game for real, and strong allies.
I'm proud of what I am right now as a free player. And yep its not pay to win. Its challenging and its fun that way. Have you met all the dragons and Gods, Goddesses, and their subordinates before?
They might never show up in Toram since the story leads to a new successors of Gods and Goddesses, youth generation. But hey, There are many many more stories waiting for you in Iruna you can share with your friends. Good day and thanks again

Actually what ppl needs in MMORPG are :
1. Interaction
2. Storyy and Features
3. Graphic
And Iruna has trade system which we rarely in other MMORPG games, this what helps newbies to start a new game based on game economy. And the economy inside is player-driven. Also nice story to play. And i didnt see any payment wall so far. Even so, the graphic was good years ago and now it is outdated, i believe it is still a good game if you want to play for story like reading novel.
Iruna Might be old But the Game Running For 9 years now and its still holding its Glory's... I love Iruna...soo many Job, statergy, Equipment, hard work, Farming, level up, going on Date in Game... Iruna Amazing
You should try out Aurcus Online. It’s also by Asobimo. It’s action combat. The skill system is pretty good. It’s a macro type skill system also. As in, you have 4 different skill slots, and you choose different skills, up to three, to put into these slots. You click a skill, then it changes to the next skill, then to the next. It’s pretty cool. I say all this because it confused me at first. The game itself is a bit grindy. But it isn’t pay to win. The shop is full of stuff to buy, but the in game currency (I forget what it’s called) is actually obtainable through in game quests. So with time, and RNG, anyone can get what they want. It is lackluster, graphics wise, as it was made in 2014. If you do decided to play it, please reply to this comment, or contact me somehow. Unless of course, you want to go in blind. But I’ll be here. P.S. It isn’t open world. Although there are LOTS of places to go to. I don’t play it competitively, So I haven’t gotten far. But there is a lot of story. P.P.S. It has bad english translations...

Yeah its good, But lacks of event its booring after u got the max lvl. U really cant do anything. If asobimo Adds Events It would be the best mmo so far (After toram)

This game has definitely changed. I can't believe it's been 4 years since I started playing. So much development has passed, play this don't play it I suggest stick to it because low level or high level there is always something to do and it runs super smooth. Recommend for anyone.

Even after all these years. I have played so many mobile games of so many genres and basically every mobile mmorpg that comes out yet iruna and toram are the only ones I've kept playing even to this day. Even some of the ok games that come out these days only hold my attention for about a month or 2 before delete them and move to the next thing but those two just keep me hooked and will probably stay on my phone for as long as the servers stay up, which thankfully seems to be pretty assured for the foreseeable future

Watching this felt like reliving my newbie days xD im so glad to see so much positivity towards this game considering the amount of negativity in the community right now over our ignorant developer overlord (Asobimo has neglected us english players RIP). But almost exactly 2 years into playing and 16 characters of different classes, Im still loving it and spending every hour I can into this game xD You'd probably be surprised to hear that Iruna is STILL getting more story quests implemented to this day, even on the Japanese Version which is 10 years old now. The final Episode 6 has just begun in the English version xD What I really like about story, aside from what pulled me into it as a newbie, is that every episode was planned to be part of eachother. Parts of episode 1 played into episode 2, 2 into 3, and so on. Even pieces of episode 1 and 2 play a part into the new Episode 6 along with all the others. Its fascinating to me. Nice thing about Iruna too, is unlike toram all your characters are completely seperate. They dont share a bag and you can relive the Main Quest as long as you have a new character for it
On the note of character customisation, Ill admit its quite limited xD Especially on the faces. Part of it is age but it has been updated since Post-beta days. I actually didnt even get to choose a face when I started 2 years ago xD It was also designed in such a way that makes you want to spend money on buying Gachas just so you can get a new hairstyle, hair color, cute face, or of course the avatar to cover up your equipment. Little annoying if you dont plan on spending a dollar (less so now that we get free avatar gacha tickets in our monthly login prizes) but a pretty smart marketing stratedy on Asobimos part xD They always knew Iruna would be their most successful game

This game is amazing... Very adorable. I have so many friends here... But i stop playing about 5 years ago...(but i played since beta released..changing acc because of i put wrong stat for my char.. I think i change 3 times.) i continue studying abroad and didnt have a time to play a game . I missed my old friend in the game. Yesterday i open the acc again i got the old mail they were sent to me. I missed them . Because this game is about teamwork ..we all been there... Together do the mq.. So many memories. Trading... Selling... Everyday online.. Hurm..

My name in this game is Biskets and I went the path of the mage. I'm a level 145 monk. I went for a claw build for better solo and stuff. I'm really happy about the stat balance as well because my monk was shit. I was gonna give up on him before now.
You needed to spare like 30-60pts to Crit before going full Agi, that way you wouldn't miss hits as much before you capped Agi to 256 (before Apostolia let you GO FURTHER BEYOND *cue DBZ screaming*), then focused on Crit until it was capped at 256, and then level up ALL 6 of the stats because even if you won't use Dex, or Int, or Str (depending on build), you can still gain more stat points from leveling Apostolia (if I remember, it's 1 stat point every 3 Apostolia Lvs starting from Lv4, so it goes 4-7-10 and so on to gain stat points)

@MMOByte Toram just got a STEAM RELEASE on pc, and now the mobile version and crossplay between it and the mobile version is an included feature since its recent release.
Fesl like taking another crack at it for 2021? there's alot more new content since the last time i've played it in all honesty. like the assassin skill set as one example.

My very first mmorpg
Ive had the best time of my life in the game. It was my second life, met soo many great ppl from all around the world and had the greatest of adventures.
I played for 3 days straight when i first installed it, the community was soo loving and open back then. My highschool days was best in this world. This was my SAO, my log horizon, my very own adventure~
Asobimo is the best mmorpg mobile ✌ i like it no auto play
Ah yes this game is one hell of a ride back in the days. I remember being in the beta test and kept playing alot. This game was something else, you can me alot of nice people, and alot of weird people lol. I was an old gladiator back in the day and decided to switch minstrel. Mixed feelings about it before but I didnt really regret since it gave me a whole new experience. I barely go for support in games but this game made me love support classes and made me love to socialize in parties more. Its a great game til now but if you start this game now, its still playable but it can get pretty difficult unlike before. I recommend this definitely to gamers that are quick to adapt on mechanics and concept of the game and gamers that can figure things out on their own (or via searching the internet) because asking too much for advice to people in video games can be quite annoying for some people (yet you can still ask and pray that those people are nice enough to help you out).
as for toram, I loved it the same as I loved iruna. For real tho, for me.. Iruna players that played toram enjoyed it alot more than others because iruna players understand the story and what happened to the connections between iruna and toram, and for Iruna players that got into toram, it'll be pretty easy for them since iruna players already adapted the difficulty level of iruna. As for toram players who played iruna or even tried.. I think they'll have difficulties playing it and theyll be looking at the past of toram lore, might sound uninteresting for some.
I've only been playing for like 10 minutes but it's alot more fun than Alchemia story. It doesn't hold your hand like alchemia does and I like thw aesthetic of the graphics. It feels like something I can relax to.

yep its worth for those who hve the feeling to play em back, most of the people nowadays quit the game idk why , but wht i remember, s1 always full and hard to enter the server sometimes.. also some of them had been inactive like a year then comeback and shocked the rkk economy suck. example, ganei was 12-14m, now r like 50-60m lol . btw its still a good game and its worth to try .

Iruna Online os my first mmorpg in phone in first it was hard really but time past it become really funny Many jobs , Events, leveling, farming chat with guild member etc..

Ah very good game! My first MMORPG at mobile, I like it a lot, also its a mercenary game, so you might have a bunch of things to do, like the Masterquest, up your economy/spina, lv up, and a bunch of things

I've been playing this game and in the mage line or profession and the tactician in the game and also maybe a months. And hoping to invite some of my classmates. Here's a bit of my story. In My first day in the game I've managed to level up to 55 above in a single day. And invited my sibling to join and help him beat the first boss I guess in the quest I guess it's a dragon not a turtle. I've beat it in a single try. And second one with my sibling. The only thing I say like others say if you want to play this game don't hesitate to try also it's much enjoyable to play with others. Invite anyone who's available in your house, classmates, or friends.
Anyone else get the problem where you create ur charecter and then it says "Authoration failed, stable location" then when you click or tap on a server, it doesn't work, If you know what I'm talking about and have a fix or solution for this, please tell me.
My 1st MMORPG Game still playing since 2012, Iruna Online OLD are more entertaining than now, why? Its too OP now, If I'm going to choose I choose the old one :) but still fun cause I'm a solo Player :)
I use to play this game way back the customization was worse back then. No apparel to choose about 8 hairs and no changing of the face.
I used to play this game years back and ur right it still is a gr8 game gr8 plot to the story and just so many loveable characters and omg the events just so much fun😂
Even today, there are so many people playing this MMORPG, it really goes to show how good the game is. :)

@MMO Byte At 46 I just use my cell phone for calling just have the old school mindset that gaming is done thru my Ps4 or PC. Plus when it started like Pay to win the mobile space was 99% shit or cow clicker. SO I am happy and hopefully with games like this it turns that corner to being a viable fun device for long trips or airplane things like that. :)
Oh, okay that makes sense! There's nothing wrong with that mind set! To be honest its people like you that keep the MMO genre alive, new gamers ditch MMORPG's the instant there's any problems.. xD
They can but some get into it thru the mobile or free to play market (even tho 80% of Free to play is trash) I just want people to fall in love with mmo's as I did and in gaming in general :). An you guys an gal's do a terrific job showing them all the options. Heck at 46 I started in pong 2 lines 1 dot lol. I can not even believe what is now possible on a PHONE let alone a console or computer these days :).
Oh, you never played on the OLDER days where the "free avatar" was not an option, you started at Lv7 post intro instead of Lv15, and... My God, why did you die to FERZEN out of all things? Earth Dragon that is a turtle ain't that hard to beat... Oh no, the true newbie killer goes for the SECOND boss which is Blaiard the Fire Dragon (and no, he does not look like a Dragon... And yes, that BGM is what led to Ifrid's BGM in Toram #References)
Blaiard would have roasted your corpses around 15 seconds in the fight unless you're a claw user (full Agi and claw weapon), magic his ass from a distance while keeping your finger over the Heal, or rush and try to kill him with bashes to the face using a sword before he kills you

Iruna for me is a skill based game especially on higher lv characters, you need to actually time ur skill pretty well in order to spam combos real hard. I was an Assassin lv 276 back then. Lmao

yea i use to play it awhile ago too lol it was my first mmo. then i found ff14. lol but its amazing for a mobile game especially after u get passed all the dying stuff and get to where ur character has skills and stuff. i use to have alot of fun with it. not so much now. but eh ill always remember my times in Iruna! lol

The population of the game is dying day by day. Being a beta player of this game theres alot of things the devs need to take into consideration. There is alot of hackers and the drop rates are horrid to the point that u have to buy monthly subscriptions to get an item u want 5x faster (basically) and players are way too toxic and full of greed. Also this game is not beginner friendly
Crystal Iruna Iruna is still better than the rest of the mobile mmos. But they need to install a large anti hack thing in the english version cuz its so ridiculous
U can't complain about old if you still play ragnarok or ultima
While they are older yes, Iruna is still old by "Mobile" standards. As they tend to not live very long.

You are so engaged in the game and introduce iruna,I feel very touched.Iruna has a lot of factors to make it fun, and there is a lot of interaction between players.However, the initial difficulty of the game mentioned in 4:10 is too difficult. This is the fact that everyone agrees!original:

i do not suggest this game for new players. prices are insane you need to use irl money just to get enough spina to get by and even so you can never trust the sellers cause there are a lot of scammers. it's even worse yet since iruna gave classes a rework cause now they suffer more.

Theres really just no mmorpg mobile game like iruna even know. I tried GI but it was too boring, even tried playing with my friend's high level account and still is. So sad the game is dead now
I want back to play this game again it still have speed hack or bot if not I'll will back I don't know why asobimo don't just ban player that use hack but only ban speedhack program it not solve any problem they still alway make new program
They have bypass hacks which are almost impossible to detect specially if thousands are hacking normal hacks dont works they get easily banned

Yes it is, and it still has a lot of people playing, however Toram Online is in essence a newer version of it, with more fluid combat controls and what not.
