My kitchen slide has this setup and its pulling the wall out at the bottom when I pull the slide in like the bolts at the bottom of the main frame of the slide mechanism is broken. Ever seen this and how do I repair it?
Hi jstar1000, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and suggest contacting our customer service team at 260-768-7771 ext 5550. Hope this helps!
Since ya'll have this handy display of the slide out system, can you please provide a video on how to adjust the cables? I have one side too tight and one side has about an inch too much slack.
HOW CRITICAL IS THE CABLE TENSION ADJUSTMENT?HOW CAN YOU DETERMINE IF THE CORRECT CABLE TENSION IS APPLIED TO TOP & BOTTOM ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SLIDE?WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ACCU-SLIDE SYSTEM IF THERE'S TOO LITTLE OR TOO MUCH CABLE TENSION?
We're looking to buy the 2018 or wait for the 19' Midbunk/ loft model for a very wet Northern Ca. area: (IHumboldt,Ca.) We're FULL TIME living and PT travel. Mostly living. There seems to be quite a few complaints on TH-cam that need addressing. If you don't like social media arguments, at least post the better parts of your warranty up here. Or Acu-slides warranty... do you have a full time use warranty or a limited?
I have a question?? How do you adjust a drop down slide with fridge in the slide. Which is super heavy double door 1200 series??.
Do these accu slides have a controller. I'm not getting power to my switch or motor

Did you figure your problem with your wall out. I'm having the same problem
What keeps the top of the slide from falling out? Mine tips out when extending even when the top cables are slack
Is there anyway to tighten these? The cables on my 2013 have loosened.
Looks like the block that connects the chain and the cables has adjustment.

When do you no when to stop the slide when extending and retracting? Is it just by experience or is there a known stop.
Thanks
Looks good in the shop but not so good in real life
I'm looking to buy a new RV and I dont want anything that has this type of cheesy slide drive.
This system has been around 30+ yrs. Been tried and proven to work when installed properly. Why wouldn’t you want it?
