Exercises to Complement Your Toe Spacers

  • Toe spacers are awesome for passive spreading of the toes but we want to make sure we are working on function as well. These are two exercises to complement your toe spacers in working on toe spread.
    We recommend doing these exercises 2-3 times daily:
    Interlaced Fingers 60 seconds each direction
    Lift, Spread, and Reach 20 times
