    Started with this workout regimen because it targets the areas of weight loss & fitness that I want to improve upon, so these videos guides are **EXACTLY** what I needed. Sticking to it so far. The music tracks keep me motivated, and I'm trying to find out the name of the song that begins @ 8:22 with the twist crunch..
    Any help **would be appreciated!!**
