    I usually have an habit of giving up on exercise after 2 weeks ..lol ...But now I'm jumping rope for about a month and never had an intention of giving up cuz I really love it.....As a beginner,I had a hard time tripping and I had so much pain in my knees ....Now after doin it for a month,pain is not there....I can be able to do 5mins now and I'm not even tripping......I can surely up the game to 10 mins now....I'm almost ready now to do the thing ... Really glad that i found your channel....Main thing - I didn't give up and I really love jumping ropes and I've already managed to do it for about a month now

      I lost 40lb with only a crash diet and skipping rope. In 2 months. now I skip at least 3 times a week 38 minutes.

    I used this as a warmup to a kettlebell workout. I’m pleased that I was able to go 3 min. x 3 rounds: my endurance is improving. Thank u!

    Thank you guys for teaching how to jump rope, I went from not knowing how to get pass a few skips to having an easy time doing 3 min per set (not perfect but it is still good for me), bought your jump ropes, it makes it morechallenging but it has more control.
    my Question is this warm up good for weight lifting?

    Great video .. you’ve reminded me to keep my wrists low - in line with my waist/hips area? I feel my shoulders should be more relaxed, I feel tension in my shoulders when I skip - is that okay? … any advice on that?

      You want to keep those arms in and slightly tucked back -- form will improve with continued practice. Keep doing the thing!

    If anybody can answer this I'd really appreciate it.
    I've heard if you exercise on a consistent basis without eating any protein whatsoever, you can actually lose muscle. I want to know, does that muscle loss occur in the muscle you exercised, or are other muscles broken down to repair the one you exercised? My guess is the second. Is that right?

    • @bokesshha
      @bokesshha 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It happens in a calorie deficit and medium to low body fat percentage. But, protein allows you to lose MUCH less muscle if you cardio exercises while being in a deficit etc.
