I’m gonna use this and your other workouts for my martial arts warm ups and routines for when I’m on the road. 😁 I have to say: seeing the rope catch you during the last couple rounds was encouraging to me. It showed me that even the experts aren’t perfect, and that even though I suck at jumping rope, if you guys can mess up and keep going, then what excuse do I have but to go in my garage and #dothething!
Nice workout - did this 2 and a half times (15 rounds total) with a half pound rope. First 12 rounds with a pair of 1 kg hand weights and last 3 (2nd half - with the rolling uppercuts) without. So much quicker without after using the handweights.

I'm not really keen on learning tricks & all that so is the basic bounce at a fair rate of intensity enough for weight loss, within a few months? BTW, awesome content. I'm never gonna be convinced to follow any other fitness channel or unsubscribe. All the best for the future dudes.

You don't need to sweat for a workout to be effective. Body naturally produces sweat as a cooling mechanism to lower and control body temperature if the body is too hot either from intense exercise and/or hot weather. If the environment you are exercising is cold it is possible that you may not sweat. This is completely normal, don't worry, it doesn't mean your exercise is not working. Peace

NOPE! Height is function of genetics. Jump rope (or any other activity) can’t modify your genes.... but jumping can help with your posture and make you stand a little taller.

It's not about the rope. The crossrope is amazing, it's the best rope on the market, but the people getting results... those are the people that walk out back and and take down the clothes line so they can skip because any rope > no rope. If you want results work for them! Show us what you can do with what you do have and make sure you are following us on social because we do have giveaways from time to time.
A little late, but the crossrope is really just a luxury thing, it probably feels pretty good to use but to be honest, you will get the same results with any rope you pick up I use a 5$ speed rope I got from amazon

My wrists cant make the turn on the jump rope and it frustrates me to no end. 5 skips and i hit myself.
