For you guys running Nayax, he did everything correct except the MDB plug. Your Nayax MDB plug should replace the MDB plug on the board and the plug that came out goes into the yellow cable extending from the MDB nayax cable.
I really enjoy using them, but they don’t hold as many items per row as a stand-alone snack or drink machine. It’s not a deal breaker since combos hold plenty, just won’t be as suitable for very high volume locations

It’s 9.99 per month per device. You have to set it up/name your products for each machine then set how many products go in each row so you’ll know how many your out of. It’s pretty easy once you get it all setup

It can go inside the machine, but it picks up best outside of the machine. I’ve since learned to check the cell phone signal at the proposed machine location before agreeing to anything lol. I don’t have any accounts where I pay to be there, but some savvy business owners may ask for a commission or fee. I just let them know that the margins are so small when it comes to vending operators don’t really have any room for site fees. We already have machine costs, snack costs, taxes, fuel, time/effort to cover..

I bet you could call the manufacturer to see if they can provide the codes. I find it hard to believe that they would be unique to each identical machine.. I haven’t checked on that personally but it’s worth a phone call

I took a file with the logo on it to a local embroidery shop at the outlet mall. They do hats shirts and monogram type things. They charged $15 to setup and then like 15 or 20 per shirt. (It may have been a little less.)
How can we get some help with figuring out the inventory tracking system...our machines are not showing tye decrease in product when items are being purchased
For me it was good because their aren’t any used machine for sale in my area. Also they come with a warranty, delivery to location, and I don’t have to worry about fixing them every visit
Honestly a business checking account will be sufficient while your getting started. If you decide to stay with it and grow, keep the LLC as an option later on..

On the MDB codes. Does that code show up on the reader display when you are doing a test vend for it or dose it only show up in the Nayax software? I'm looking at installing Nayax in my machine at a prison and you can't take a phone in there so in that case will I just have to wait until I get back to my car and pull it up on the phone app?
It only shows up on the software. (Under last sales). Maybe just start with the top left and make your way across each row. That way you at least know the pattern of the test vends and can match things up later in the app

I found that the MDB code also shows up in the app. If you have your smartphone, get the app, log in and go to your machines, select the machine you're test vending and write down the code for each slot as you test. The code will show up within about 15 seconds. You may have to refresh but you will see it.
1) Make sure you have adequate change in the coin mechanism. 2) Try turning the machine off, wait and turn back on. Once it’s up and running make a random purchase with cash and one with coins. Sometimes that fixes it after a couple of minutes. 3) Call NAYAX to see if there’s an update available for your device

All you have to do is call NAYAX and setup an account with them. They require your bank account info to be on file along with their user agreement paperwork before funds can be direct deposited every Friday..

The story goes: July 6th Start application process August 25th my application was approved Oct 6th Nayax activated my account -- I have access to the platform and app. However, my device is not activated. What do you suggest I do? Can I activate the device on my own? *I have called support and created ticket -- no resolve for past 10 days. Thank you, for you time.
I'm terribly sorry for my delayed response. I've been busy with work and project which caused me to neglect my channel for a couple of months.. I know that NAYAX has to activate the device, I'm sure it's all been worked out by now, but I always suggest calling to speak with someone when there is a question.
Honestly I never figured out a way to do this. Was never a big enough deal for me to call and ask.. I just made sure to reset it at the machine in my next visit. (Hold down the red button with the money bag symbol on the telemetry decide until it beeps, 3 seconds or so)

They just need to be MDB compatible. (Multi Drop Bus) It’s been used since the 80’s but just look up your particular machine to make sure
