    I did a similar thing once but without the junk food. 2 hours of punching bag, 2 hours of walking, and 1 hour of weights. It was awesome.

      Mood when you say you don't think he can break it while Greg never beat it in the first place..
      No hate towards Greg but he said he done his research and what not, but he didn't do it very well.
      He missed the part where Browney completed 60 odd push ups.
      Greg only did 56 or 57.
      He infact never broke Browney's record.

    bruh u killed it....u r the damn most hard person who takes up challenges whether it is hard or worst....so i would like to give you a SMALL CHALLENGE.....the challenge is like this
    -go vegan for 1 month(not even egg)
    -2 times workout a day....morning( 5am to 7 am) and evening(6pm to 8)
    -click a pic on the first and the next pic taken should be on the 30 day after evening workout itself(i do not mean that u should not see your body during bath..swim etc...but no pics)
    -no gym , home workout and no equipment's(expect 5kg dumbell,skip rope,and cycle or bike
    actually my classmate challenged me this last year.....and i don't go to gym..and i am vegetarian
    i did this i was surprised my self ....i and completely tranformed myself ..but now i am in 10h std therefore i lost my gain and i have started now again to build....
    SO PASS ON THIS CHALLENGE THIS TO YOU AND LIKE TO SEE YOUR TRANSFOR MATION..
    I LIKE YOU BRO SO I GIVE GIVE YOU THIS CHALLENGE....OK GO NOW START THE CHALLENGE.....AL THE BEST.!💪💪💪💪💪💪🖐🖐💪💪

    #Browney , I was hoping, could you do an exercise challenge ? I saw some TH-camrs do it. Seeing your determination , I think you will stick to the plan-
    Saitama's workout(from anime)
    •100 pushups
    •100 situps
    •100 squats(doing it will be better)
    •10 km run
    "EVERY SINGLE DAY"
    Do this workout for 3 months straight. Also, no drinking cokes,drinks,cold water and high calorie food. Within a week, 1 day will be rest day. That means 6 days a week for these workout.

    I can go max 3 hours... I tried that in which i did more that 4 km running, 100 m dashes 5-6 times, 8 different types of crunches each 55 times, 30 minute skippings challenge, ( if I mistakenly hit my feet that won't count just did as many as i could in 30min) i did like 3230. I did some agility hurdles. Stretchings, pull ups, push ups .......
    Even tho i was soo tired but i was happy coz that workout was soo beneficial...
