I can actually see auras and also pick up vibes from someone when I first meet them. Its really weird but it helps me choose friends because I instantly know if someone has something in them that isnt "nice". Its hard to explain but i must say its very helpful.

I know someone who can see auras. Mine is purple...he saw it several times, always purple. There are many people out there who can see them without any technology. But a lot of people won't believe something unless they themselves see it-but I think you have to believe first-to even be able to see

its true what you say 'souls regconize each other by vibes, not by appearances' cause for the life of me, whenever someone asks me 'is that person hot to u?' i seriously cant understand. even if brad pitt was standing in front of me i couldnt say (well obviously if youre that good looking, i think im not blind) but what im trying to say is, i need to know that person. their character and personality is what makes me look at them and think whether theyre good looking or not. because u might look beat up, but if your heart is so pure, i see u in a different light. and i see beauty. if youre the worse person in the world, no amount of good looking genes u have, is going to impair me from seeing u as a horrible ugly monster.

Actually the science behind finding someone attractive, looks wise, is that people who were born very healthy, or have really good genes, tend to have a more symmetrical face, and humans are attracted to symmetry.
And when it comes to attractive bodies, signs of being fertile (like for women smaller waist to hip, full breast) or a good father or "protector" (tall, muscular) is what makes us attracted to that. Its normal to be physically attracted to someone by looks, but normal people dont fall in love with someone unless they have fallen in love with their personality.
I never thought Brad Pitt is attractive, I don't understand why so many people think that.

@@angelajakob1257 professions might not be on the same level, but Michelle was the first makeup artist on TH-cam to achieve amazing things with her career outside of TH-cam. She began when TH-cam wasn't well known so she pretty much paved the way for the other makeup "gurus". Her techniques to apply makeup and her approach to it was ahead of time.
2015. This was the era/year where heavy contour were the rave and its matte, matte, matte. Fast forward, here we are, drooling over dewy glowy skin, shiny lipglosses are back and eye makeups are prefered to be colorful and sparkly. Yup. Michelle was really ahead of her time.

Your videos are always very educational and you always give a new tip about make-up, and you have a calm energy that you can actually hear in your voice (it's very soothing). Moreover, I really enjoy the fact that, even after all those years, you still manage to be very creative with your video content, contrary to a lot of other people, and I really have to admire you for the time and effort you put into each and every one of your videos and projects.

nimedhel09 Oh yeah, I just wanted to share a tip too with other viewers that are like me and don't like the smell of argan oil : one of the few oils that really penetrate the hair and hydrates it thoroughly is coconut oil. You can find it very easily and it's quite cheap (I use 100% coconut oil that I bought in the food aisle, lol).
And as face primer, I heard that aloe vera gel is great too, but as I don't apply foundation very often on my face, I can't know for sure, but it's worth a try. Plus, it's a great moisturiser that penetrates very quickly into the skin and let it feel smooth (if you don't apply too much, that is) and it also treats acne, sunburns, cuts and scars!
Ok, I think I'm done with my tips, lol!
This is my first Michelle video and I the way that she speaks is so gentle and lovely. The reassurances she adds in - "Don't worry, that's perfectly normal" - are so generous and wonderful. How can one person be that sweet? I don't understand!

Hi, Mish! :-) Congratulations on your IPSY reaching the 1 million milestone! I saw the article on CNET. Also, congratulations on all those segments on ABC News with you on their TH-cam Channel. That's cool that you have a telescope, that you donated money to that one Kickstarter project by that guy, and that was cool that you shared some of the books you like to read in your spare time. I'm a news junkie, so, I also saw you had a segment on USA Today's TH-cam Channel at SXSW in Austin giving advice about social media, etc. I agree with you that the most important thing is to be sincere with people, and that if you are sincere, there will always be some people who gravitate towards that, and will appreciate you for being a sincere person. I also agree with you that it's important to share knowledge, insight, and experience, not only for younger generations of people, but also just simply helping all people in general.
I liked this Ethereal Spring Dreamy Aura look you created with your makeup. I remembered you saying that concealers are the number one beauty item you can't live without. I've never taken Aura photography. That is something I would be interested in doing in the future. I also want to say that I've bought some of your EM Cosmetics products, and have given them as gifts to some of my friends. I like them. Congratulations on all of your success. All of your hard work, determination, creativity, and talent have all paid off. You have become a role model for many people. Thanks for continuing making TH-cam videos. When I was younger, I can actually see others' aura. Yes, I am serious here and not even over-exaggerating. I think this was a gift to me because I was extremely naive and pure that time. But as years went by, I became mature as I realized the ugliness in society... This made me ignorant and I began to chase new dreams and became very busy. It made me forget about my beautiful gift I had and now I can't see auras anymore... makes me feel really guilty.... :(

C'mon why all this disbelief in auras and stuff. People don't just come up with such things. I think people who say this is complete nonsense are very insensitive. Ever heard of a thing called VIBES? E.g. many musicians a very sensible and thus capable of feeling vibes. Dude. Or ever heard of Charisma? People RADIATE charisma. Or they RADIATE negative energy (like once you meet them you feel like wanting to turn around immediately). That's all, that's aura. Dunno about the colors for I see no colors in other people but I definitely won't put it down as nonsense. Jeez... ignorance everywhere.
when you feel someone's charisma, that's because they've done something charismatic, not because of some "aura" that somehow emits a different kind of energy. I don't believe in this but as a rational person I can respect spiritual beliefs

For example in ancient times people came up with Gods who controlled physical phenomena (thunder, lighting, sun and moon etc). Remember how they did rituals to please the Gods? Nowadays all of these have been scientifically explained. Auras, are the electromagnetic field a body (any body) emits. It is scientifically proven that the concept is correct. However you do need special cameras to capture/record electromagnetic radiation and there hasn't been enough scientific factual research to link that with intuition of a person etc. In a cellular level the concept is correct (every object emits electromagnetic radiation). The wavelength of radiation emitted depends on the temperature of the objects. Such radiation is sometimes called thermal radiation. Most of the radiation emitted by human body is in the infrared region, mainly at the wavelength of 12 micron. We also emit in lower frequencies due to our brains.

Wow. Passive aggressive much. She's fab at what she does. She's grown so much as a youtuber n as a makeup artist. For how long can she use drug store products only?!
Michelle makeup looks usually are more simple to copy, and always stress not to use so much. You don't have to use the same products she does. This is something I stress on TH-cam, cause if you have the same color you have from drugstore then why go out and get a high end version of the same color? Most beauty gurus don't use natural lights in their tutorials. It's usually some high ass beam lighting shining in their faces. I don't see how she is any different from those. Her tutorials were wearable? Some of them are, but let's be honest, her most popular videos were tutorials about turning in barbie, miku hatsune,etc. You think those are wearable on the day to day basis? Nope. It's because it was different from the rest. Being sponsored products? Just like 95% of TH-cam now. How is this anything new? It's sad really yes, but honestly at least she uses different products in each video. Some beauty gurus pushes the same products like bellami,gerard,lime crime,etc. when those companies are terrible. Anyways, if you don't like it then you can always try not to support people like that if it bugs you so much. I know you have your opinion, and you can post what you want but I have one too. That somewhat disagree with you.

Totally agree she was once my favorite guru and the reason I got so good at makeup and so interested in it in the first place, but I feel like it's too much of a production now which really is more about style but I prefer more natural and personal gurus like shannxo or Jaclyn, just you in front of a camera. But again it's about preference I still love Michelle and am so proud of how far she's come....coming from someone who has been subscribed for years.
She used multiple NYX products that's about as inexpensive as you can get... I watch her videos because they are beautiful & a lot of time & editing goes into it. If you want simple there are plenty of other people you could watch... & you should pick up a nicer personality, jealousy is an ugly. Thing to carry around with you.
