Oh my gosh! So looks beautiful and her make up was so perfect. It made everything so smooth and flawless. I have textured skin with acne scarring and I wish I could accomplish that look!!
Finally someone with textured skin. I have some acne scarring from puberty that never went away and I have sensitive skin and get little bumps here and there. I am all here for the realness!!!
I so appreciate this tutorial! I'm 64 and have acne scarring on my chin and have become very sensitive about it because as I'm aging it's become more and more obvious. This was a good reminder to go back to matte products because at a distance the model's skin looked great when you finished.
The chin muscle can become over active as we age causing the overlying skin to orange peel - speak to your doctor about a little Botox in your chin - it may just help. 😊
👆 That, and I don't know what your skin care routine/regimen looks like but I cannot emphasize the three parts outside of cleansing: exfoliate, toner, and hydration. I have plaque psoriasis, which is genetic/generational and remember as a little girl watching my grandmother who had psoriasis as well, apply Jergens cream religiously every night. She would apply it as a mask, let it sit on her face for 30-60 minutes, then wipe off the residue. She had very few wrinkles by the time she passed away in her late 80's, and had the softest skin. I took that with me and although I don't use Jergens, I still make sure to moisturize every morning and evening. I'm 42, and still get carded. Matter of fact, I just got carded at the casino the other night and the security guy looked at my ID and then gave it back to me saying, "You have really good genes." So I cannot emphasize enough the importance of those three things. ❤
🫶I’d love to see more of these tutorials. Although we strive for perfectly smooth skin, not everyone is gifted with it. It’s hard to find makeup that works & not a lot of makeup tutorials feature models with textured, acne prone or skin with large pores
I have textured skin and i have always avoided bronzer because i thought it didn't look good on my texture skin but this inspired me to give it a shot. Thank you ❤
This is a brilliant tutorial for textured skin. Ive been using the double wear foundation for years now and is the only thing I find that helps cover more the acne scars, but the powder you also applied around her cheeks is a game changer! Thank you so much for this. It's nice to feel beautiful, without being perfect. Love your videos so much ❤❤

I love how you used the new Patrick Ta products. I appreciate the technique used to achieve that soft wing using eyeshadows, and going back and forth between light and dark shades. The end result was lovely, and I’m sure the model loved it. Also, that YSL mascara seems like a good one!

It's been a favorite product of mine lately, but I'm wondering how it stands up compared to some of these higher-end products you use.

The acne scarring can be resurfaced if you wish to.
