    I cryyyy and force myself to cry . Then i am done when my headache and eyes r swollen and i can feel physical pain. I get up and take nice soothing shower put my fav songs and feel them like am the heroine and put good perfumes and soft clothes clean my room and put a small yellow light and chocolate...with TH-cam....i feel nice and can sleep peacefully

    It's sooo soothing to watch you help your community to come out of all the negatives they are dealing with ❤️
    In my experience, i lost my closest human, my parent 6 yrs back and after that I gradually intensified that fear of losing a loved one and developed anxiety whenever somebody close to me doesn't respond ( being busy ) but now slowly i am working on it through meditation and gratitude for every bond i have in life and journals too !

    I dont why this made me cry. It was just so relatable as I am going through the same anxiety levels on daily basis since an year now and it really takes a lot to pull yourself out of this... kudos to u for spreading the teachings and a lot of love to all those going through the same...

    Yes, I do excercise which is called traffic control of the mind ,
    In this excercise pause for 1 min
    Check thoughts of mind, line up thoughts you need on that task which you are doing , remove unnecessary thoughts.
    After one minute your mind is programmed for the task.
    Try it works perfectly.

    Whenever i get stuck in my thoughts and feel falling in them and find no way to get out of them and stressed out fully and feeling depressed i pray to God and tries to say about all the things i am going through and after that i feel very relaxed and peaceful because i think that no-one can guide you correctly because no one has that power and ability accept God...

    Mindlessness is very important and good. It can really work. It is a mental state, used therapeutically, achieved by focusing one's attention on the present moment while calmly recognizing and accepting one's own emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations.

    CBT- Cognitive behavioural therapy
    It focuses on the restructuring the negative thought patterns and feeling.

    Maybe I am not the only one who feel that they don't think they get anxious or overthink, I do feel I have panicked in the past for things but i can count them On my finger. So I couldn't relate, neither I ever felt I am sinking in something but a relationship in the past have did me harm and i have felt like I would loose the guy but even than I couldn't say I overthink . I feel blessed and i feel sorry for the people who really do feel like this.Hope it gets easy for them

    Di...what i was in class 6 sitting in my classroom, class was going good and I was concentrated and understanding everything well but suddenly I felt a hollow thought that where am i ,like what am I i am not here , started feeling that by surrounding is becoming virtual,. Heart started beating fast and i started sweating, idk what was happening..... gradually in some time this faded away...i didn't understand what just happened....this experience happns till now....but i deal wid it much better way....by distracting my mind in to my real surrounding object....like looking toward my phone or start talking to a person near by...idk what happens wid me is a medical thing or not...but i try to cop up with it myself

    My Ex also one of my very good friend going through same phase. I try my best to take her out. Because of which i have to gone through lots of stress and anxiety. We even break our friendship of that. She is my first love of life but now we are stranger for lifetime.
