I would kill for a video of Buckin and Don's dad talking about the history of when and why he started his business, early days, trial/error and overall just his knowledge of saws. I think that video would be absolute gold. Walkers are legends in the saw world. Please try to make it happen Buckin if he would be up for it.

Oh man wouldn't that be somethin if Donny started up the "Walkerized" TH-cam channel.................I don't have time to keep up on channels I'm already a citizen of lol, and I would most certainly become a frequent goon of a Walkerized work saw channel so's to learn just enough that I'm more dangerous to myself by getting ²/³ of the way into tearing stuff apart, no sense of putting it back together, and slim odds for it being functional again 🤣.

Thank you you Billy...I have countless old saws. All started with your channel and me purchasing a 7-10. I know have 4 Mac, 7 Homelites, two Stihls. All over 40 years old. Wouldn't have it any other way. You're a good man.

After binge watching your videos I decided to get myself a mini mac(eager beaver) for basic home tree work.
Love your attitude and vids Buckin, keep it up!
I used to race Husqvarna dirt bikes made in Sweden. Got alot of trophies back in 78-83.
We had ports polished by a machine that pushed a clay like abrasive through ports and flow bench tested back in 1980s.
Shop s in California did this alot.
"Husq Varna" means " house by the river" in Swedish..which is one of the oldest machine shop gun mfg in the world.
extrude porting it was called if i remember.
@@andrewslagle1974 that's it...extrude honing porting.
They used a air flow test bench to test cfm increase also.
Dirt Bike magazine had adds then. DG or FMF Moto fox etc.

I just clean up "boogers" and casting flaws in transfer ports and am amazed of how much better 2 stroke runs. I was porting lawnmower engines in grade school. I havent done a chain saw yet. We have the same last name!! Kool!!

Haha used to race those vortex motors on go karts here in the UK! They used to propel me pretty fast, can’t imagine putting it in a saw!
I'm on the mend myself from L4-L5 surgery,been a mechanic on diesel engines for 35 yrs.csnnit wait to see how port job on Mac.turns out,done s few snowmobiles and working on a saw now.god bless you buckin,keep up good work on channel, ☮️ and love

Good man Buckin great video it is brilliant to see that cylinder and piston work being done iv only got a baby mcculloch but it's still going strong I race rc boats and I always done little bits nothing major and had reliability and a little more performance and have served me well and to see someone else doing the same it's a wander full thing. Iv see people getting carryed away and ruining a good engine know i can say to myself iv learned well and was right.
Im laid up with those nerves on the rods in my back. But l can finally watch my favorite BBRS thanks man.

When I was a Teenager I worked my summers on state brush/firefighting crews and later I became a smoke chaser. It was the midsummers and we had two brands of chainsaw Homelite and McCulloch I always preferred the Homelite even though the McCullochs had more power when it was hot they were hard starting. I had a friend who liked the McCulloch he always claimed it was because they were more powerful. I figured out that when the saw wouldn't start he would let it cool down by taking a smoke break with the Homelite he couldn't use that as an excuse.
Almost like a channel made just for me, I'm gonna time and port my new to me promac 610 just based on a few Buckin videos. Don't worry, most people bring whatever they can't figure out to me so I should be good. Most important thing is find those who know and give respect while being humble. Thanks for the information from the great state of Pennsylvania

Oh man you can't let Donny weaken about starting a channel pal!!! Time I feel would be the only drawback for the man as he's quite busy it seems running the saw shop, but he's a natural with speaking on camera and explanations of his craft!!! The editing and filming portions I think would be the hard part for him with the extra time that process takes in the day, but you never know eh!

Good hit buckin I started out building high hp drag cars and own two flow benches when it comes to two strokes it is a serious amount of mapping out the chambers and port flow to get it right a woods saw should have exactly what Donnie is touching on leave the transfers alone saw has to. Cut and be reliable
I can tear down anything in about 5 minutes. It’s the assembly I struggle with 😂
