Former art teacher here! You can paint on windows with acrylic paint mixed with a small amount of dish soap! When you're done with the art being on display just spray down with soapy water and scrape off! I painted my classroom windows all the time to add extra color to my room!
Here in Brazil it isn't common to see halloween decorations (it's more about the parties really), so this video is working so well to make me get into spooky season spirit!

Honestly, unless you're hosting a party, it's only become common to decorate with more than just a pumpkin on the doorstep in the UK in the last five years or so. I'm all for it though!
