      My beautiful Jo… I swear I was bamboozeled 😂. I was going to do a 40 min Tabata after I was done working and doing my errands for the day. Ofcourse I missed the premiere because of working but I saw “new 15 min workout” on core too with the girls… LIFE!!! This was super fun and the girly with the cheetah outfit is so adorbs on just being Authentic and real throughout the video… all you ladies have dope energy ❤️❤️❤️💯!     A week ago today I began your workout routines. I started at beginners because I’m very over weight and I’ve always had an issue with over doing workouts because I thought it would help me lose weight faster. Today is day 7 and I just completed this workout and I’ve been so proud of myself. I wake up every morning just to get ready for your videos. They help get me through my day. I’ve been super depressed and have been a complete couch potato for the past few months. That was until my mother sent me one of your videos and I immediately fell in love. Your energy and positive attitude is so beautiful. Thank you so much for being here to help us get into shape / lose weight. You’re an Angel.

      same here! I’m very overweight and I used to do crazy intense workouts that claimed were for beginners but weren’t really beginner friendly thinking it would help, and in the end I only felt unmotivated and sometimes it would hurt/pain my body so much. starting small then working our way up is always the move 👌🏼 I’m also trying to lose weight by doing her workouts, so good luck to both of us 👏

    I’ve been here 2 years. This has got to be one of the most positive communities on TH-cam, but genuinely positive. I’m 26 weeks pregnant now and making mods when I need to, walking when I need a breather and drinking water when I need a sip. I’m so thankful your channel and followers exist.     Hello my name is Maggie , I am 57 yrs old and a 100lbs overweight. For the most part of my life I exercised and ate healthy. The past 6 yrs I have stopped my routines , exercise , eating right etc and I’ve become a couch potato. I now have a 9 month old grandson with another on the way and I am their full time babysitter ( which I volunteer to do and I love it ). However I need energy and strength to get back to a heathy weight. I was watching videos on my phone in bed one night after the baby was asleep and I came across your videos. The next day I did the 20 low impact and I was surprised that I was able to complete the entire 20 minutes and still be able to breathe (haha). I was excited to see this new 15 min video because I have to be able to complete a workout in 20 mins or less. I am excited to begin a journey of becoming a better and healthier grandma. Thank you and the girls working out with you, you all are a hoot to spend 15mins a day with.

    I am so excited you help me move. I lost a 100lbs 2 years ago. I got pregnant and gain most of it back. I am back at it and since January I have lost 35lbs. I am tracking my journey now on TH-cam and it's not easy, but it is so worth it. You keep us S&S (Smiling & Sweating). I will keep you updated and I will reach my goal and no GOING BACK!       @@msy7804 walked every day for 30 minutes along with youtube workouts. Also, ate 1200 calories per day. Cut my sweet tea and soda in take. Added protein yougart or drinks to my breakfast everyday and protein to my some kind of protein to my other meals.

    I am on week 4 of your videos 5 days a week, and this is a message for anyone starting out. YOU WILL GET BETTER. I started off doing the low impact/slow version of every move. Last week, I started to pick up my speed and endurance. This week, I have the same energy as Jo 😭😭😭😭 never in a million years did I imagine this.       @Peachykiins yes. I'm still going strong, I do 6 days a week now. My form and energy are really improved. And I'm noticing I don't have pain/soreness in the days after anymore. I'm able to keep my heart rate up the whole time, and it feels good. I look forward to my workouts every day. I'm hooked

    Hi. I am 60 years old and I haven’t worked out in a few years, well more than a few years. The only exercise I get is walking with my dogs. I actually made it through the entire routine.     I'm one week into working out with your videos and I have to say, I feel really proud of myself and I'm already starting to feel a little stronger and noticing I could do moves today that I couldn't last week. I have such a hard time sticking to routines, but I'm determined to do these at least 5 days a week for February. In the kind of person who loses sight of the big picture when I don't have trackable changes, so I'm hopeful that a bug push this month will give me at least a glimmer of improvement I can cling to in order to stay motivated.

    I just did 3 of your 10 min workouts (quick hiit, legs and booty with dumbbells, and abs with dumbells) and this one as the 4th to finish it off! 48 min in total and 350kcal burned! I love your shorter workouts because I can stack them up and it feels like a different routine! Your youtube channel is GOLD! And I want a 50min walking workout with all of you guys!     I love that this channel simplifies movement in an effective way. You don't have to feel super energetic or strong, just stand up and give yourself 15 minutes to move. You will feel better in no time. Soon enough, wayyyyy stronger to take on more. Then the next thing you know is you are active, happy and healthy. Love it! ❤

    I've lost almost 3 stone in 5 months from doing your workouts and doing 20 minutes every other day on on the cross trainer, always feel amazing after every work out!! Literally recommend your channel to anyone who wants to work out but isn't confident enough to go to the gym

    I cam across your work out videos 5 days ago and iv done a different one each day and I'm the first person to say I'm going to loose weight and done end up doing anything.     The work out was great!! For the first time in life, I did not wish for it to be over with…I surprised that I was finished so soon…usually workouts can be the longest 15,30 mins, an hour of your life… thank you!!! The lady with the cheetah print leggings was so encouraging!! It’s okay to not get things perfectly…it will come eventually!! She was so exciting and encouraging!!! I just started working out to your videos about a few days ago!!!

    Hii, i literally just started today, this was my first workout, it is amazing to be honest, I'm heavily overweight at the moment, after two kids and suffering from binge eating disorder together with many traumas and mental problems, but this video, seeing "regular" women doing this ( don't really want to say regular, but i mean just women who are not photoshoped and showing society that there is this perfect standard of what woman should look like, i have already such a high expectations from myself, unreachable goals because of this), but seeing you guys doing it with me, also talkiing a bit through the workout and encouraging people like me, thank you for that so much, this video make me feel that maybe i can do this too and i really want to come back again tomorrow. THANK YOU!!

    This was my 4th workout with Jo. About half way through I was actually dancing instead of walking! I gained alot of weight in the last year and came across Jo a week and a half ago and decided to give it a try because I was tired of the same old stuff. Jo is so fun!! I'm actually enjoying the work outs and the 15 to 20m is PERFECT with 3 kids, 2 dogs and 2 home businesses. Thanks Jo!

    I have done your workouts for a week straight with weight lifting days in between! Went from 165.5lbs to 163.2lbs ! I'm a mom to 5 littles and trying to get my body back again for summer. Thank you for helping me find a workout routine I LOVE and am EXCITED to do!

      @@caycay9613 I have been using the PUSH PULL LEGS method at home for 20-30 mins then I do a growwithjo workout or body project between 15-20 mins afterwards. Her and body project have low impact options which is what I need :) I hope that helped.

    I came across your channel in summer of last year, i knew i wanted to make changes back then but i wasn’t ready. Yesterday i woke up differently, i just felt ready for a change and so today I did this workout as the first of many, I plan to continue on my journey and want to thank you for such easy to follow videos with such high energy. If you are watching this video and you know you want to incorporate exercise in your life but are intimidated, I urge you to try it. This is the happiest i’ve felt in a long time just from one little workout, i’m excited to feel what this feels like every day.

    Hi Jo. I've only begun your workouts this past week and I feel great. I'm a mom of 4 (14, 8, 4 & 1) so my days are already busy but I made the decision for myself & my health to start somewhere. Not gonna lie, I'm only 33 and weigh 175 lbs. You make these workouts not only accomplish-able but so much fun, even the kids join in.

    Definitely do more workouts with them! its always so much fun! my favorite part of this workout was getting to laugh at yall dancing around at the end when we were supposed to be taking deep calming breaths! 😂 This video has me dripping sweat!

    I never really comment on videos at all but I have to say, you have been so inspiring Jo! I made it a goal to workout for 15 minutes during every lunch break I get during work days (I work from home thankfully) and you are honestly so helpful in getting my health in order. You just make it so attainable and make me realize that it's okay to start with small goals!

    I am so happy to see you all together again I love your last video with them ,ive been ha ving problems with my knees lately and regular hiit workouts just havent been working due to my weight gain the pressure on my knees have been terrible these beginner workouts have truly allowed for me to drop a few pounds THANK YOU SO MUCH GIRLIE

    Day 3 into my fitness journey. I restarted my fitness journey so many times and of course like most people, I did not know what I was doing. I wanted to do exercises at home. I just so happen to come across your channel and decided to subscribe, so when I was really ready to start, I will have access to you. I have enjoyed doing your videos thus far. They are so low impact on my knees, but I sweat like crazy. Thank you for making these workouts.

    Hi! I have been unemployed due to the conditions in Canada at the moment, so I have been doing a lot of stress eating and sitting around.     I got diagnosed with PCOS on 2nd of May, i was super sad and i was looking for some motivation since PCOS is a roller coaster ride on its own😅 so i stumbled upon your PCOS workout and i tried it yesterday and i continued it today plus this one!     I am starting the 30 day tabata challenge today!! This was a perfect workout to start off as it was not too long. I just got back from vacation and havent been working out for a awhile so this was great to get back into the swing of things. Can’t wait to see how this 30 day challenge goes!!

    I am really liking the Growwithjo fitness workouts. Your workouts are about of my new challenge to get up and workout at 6am. You make everything very easy to follow.     Thanks so much Jo and the girls❤ i started easy last week with your new 10 min workouts. Then did a 20 min. If i cant get to a workout,i would do a walk or just a quick 3 min arms or abs in the morning.
    I cant believe that i actually today could jump around with you guys at the end of the video😂🎉 I'm always just too exhausted to even attempt jumping around at the end😂

    I am definitely adding this into my everyday workout regimen for the next 2 weeks before my surgery. After surgery I'm going to give myself a month off from working out but i will be keeping my eating habits clean and healthy as much as possible to continue on my journey. love the group fitness workout videos its encouraging to get up and move

    FINALLY did my first workout with Jo. I was unable to do a couple exercises BUT I stayed moving the whole way through. Loved the video, I am super proud of myself and can’t wait to do another one or maybe this same one later tonight.     i’ve always been overweight but gained 10kg since last summer bc i started ocd medication and i haven’t worked out in forever. i just did this video, got a minute shy from finishing it but i couldn’t keep going anymore, but i still had such a good time. this was fun and had me sweating like crazy without any joint or muscle pains. the energy between the three women was so fun, y’all had me jumping and hollering too. i can’t wait to try more of these videos once a day 🥹

    Goodness! Why are your workouts so good! I try to look for other workouts, just to see if I can find anyone else just as motivating and fun as your workouts. NoPe cannot find anyone else. I lay in be contemplating if I should workout, but then I look at see what's the newest workout I skim through it, then I'm hook. I jump out of bed and get my workout in! Thanks Jo and girls!
