I’m from the mainland and seriously considering going to college on Oahu somewhere and was wondering if living in dorms is more cost effective than buying a small condo/townhouse
Where are the HOA fees ⁉️⁉️for a condo(a thousand dollar monthly fee for a 500k condo is no deal)
HOA fees for condos can be outrageous. Especially in Waikiki but other areas too.
If you think about it HOA is a deal because with all the great benefits you get, it basically pays for itself.
