Look, I have the Aston Rider mid-engine and I've been using it quite well. I have changed it from my folding 16 wheel to 26 mtb and now into a 24. My husband changes the kit in a few moments by tightening one screw/nut, everything is connected and the screen has a cell phone charger.This system that you created is good. But the Aston Rider performs better!
Hey bro I noticed that you might have the chain retainer clip in backwards, I think it would be a good idea to have the open end going after the the closed end, so if it fails you have a less chance of a mess, peace
Do you think you need a stronger motor? It didn't look like it was yanking that wheel around real good but a definite help for sure. I like the front wheel attitude for pedal or not. Great work bye the way. I noticed that the wheel was slowed considerably upon throttle release. Perhaps single speed rear wheel for the front to alleviate this problem. And for disc braking wheel attach over top of wheel on shocked front ends where brakes would have been. Shocked =(shock absorbed). Perhaps small starter motor.

Can use a bigger motor But it will cost more power ( bigger battery pack's ) to run it at max speed ( if he want to use it at free air ) And he need to also made one circuit board specialiced to recharge the battery's ( using another or the same motor to use it like a dynamo ) when he's doenst using the additional trust that can give's the motor . But all that wire mess can result in more weight

This motor would not pull the avarage person on that bike very fast, maybe on a flat smooth surface it will go a couple km a hour tops. The torque would twist the motor mount and fail. Just not strong enough all around.
I think these proj are great. When you have ideas like this it leads to better projects great stuff. I love watching in India work done on eletric bike and motor bikes. Scusa ,.la cos aè bellina ma non credo finzioni realmente. Il motore 775 ha solo la metá dei watt che hanno i motori da bici. L'albero dei 775 se va bene sono solo di 5 mm di diametro se va male anche 3.mm.,in ogni caso troppo pochi per l a torsione che devono superare. Poi con poca potenza e alberi sottili fa l acazzata di metterlo come?nel.modo piu sbagliato ..che fa presa nel punto piu sfigato del sistema dove gli gli viene chiesta la peggior torsione.. Io gli farei fare presa sul fianco della ruota come le vecchie dinamo.. perdi velocita ma il motore si sforza di meno e ha una buona leva a favore.. Questo non funziona te lo fa vedee in strada? No ti fa vedere solo che gira una ruora sollevata da terra....stop . Se sali sulla bici questa nenache si muove con questo sistema..

If you can count you can quite easily get the gear ratio from the screen and if you google for 775 motors you will find that the bs in the video can never work at this gear ratio.
maybe you could try building a bicycle with neodymium magnets in the wheels and electric coils in the bicycle fenders to generate power for the motor. The power supply can be cut off manually with a cable from the steering wheel 🤔

Реально велосипед с водителем этот мотор даже не сдвинет с места, да и если ставить мотор на велосипед то не менее 3 киловатт, иначе моторы гореть будут на длительных подъёмах а именно на подъёмах они и нужны! Конечно идея интересная,но не реальная, моторы таких размеров и с большой мощностью ещё не изобрели , вообще найти подходящий двигатель для таких целей задача не из лёгких, особенно если это кореточный двигатель а не мотор колесо . Довольно мощные моторы есть, но они рассчитаны на 220 вольт переменного тока, а на велосипед нужен движок работающий на постоянном токе и стоит делать рассчёт на сколько хватит заряд батареи не смотря на современные литиевые аккумуляторы если движок имеет хорошую мощность и само собой нормально потребляет, то заряда ампер часов может и не хватить на полноценную поездку!
Its geared way too high. that wheel looks like it would go some 75 miles per hour. It cant have any torque left. It would never pull him that way. He needed to gear it down a lot before running to the final drive first.
I agree. The gearing is about 6 to 1 so the motor has to spin 6 times for every 1 revolution of the wheel. To do 30 kmh it has to do about 300 rpm. Even with pedal assist ,a full grown adult would likely drop the rpm down to almost nothing if you didnt pedal your ass off. Then what's the point. A motor that size with a gear box of a side grinder which generally does 11,000 rpm would drive a bike with load alot better. See Russians DIY ebike friction drive. 100km plus and pops wheelie on take off. No chain in front spokes to send you airborne either.
@@taejinjin9722 There is a lot of factors that play a role in the decision of what ratio you want to use. If you live in an area with a lot of hills a lower ratio would be better where as if it's flat and you want to pedal at the start a higher ratio would be much better suited for top speed, although lots of countries now have restrictions on how fast you can have a push bike go before it classifies as a motorbike

@@tackotj2151 Es de taladro atornillador incluso usa el mismo dispositivo de gatillo para encenderlo/regular...el voltaje se ajusta al tipo de batería de origen 12v, 18v, 60v etc. Hoy te conviene comprar en MercadoLibre un taladro atornillador con motor brushless junto al controlador de encendido/regulador. Las baterias de Litio tienen mejor rendimiento pero desaconsejan tracción en rueda delantera porque tiene tendencia a derrapar en curvas cerrada... igualmente a mi entender el soporte del motor es débil por eso la cadena baila y para cuando deba traccionar sobre el piso sumado el peso del conductor es factible que se salga la cadena🤔
Its a Good idea but you neglected the torque, the torque provided by these kind of motors are sufficient for small machinery jobs but not designed to carry heavy loads.

just need to add a small spring tensioner. you can see how smooth the chain runs when you let off the throttle. great build BTW. A+
