Only the dealership carries this special sized battery we had a couple of places tell us they had it but when we showed up they actually had a Prius battery which was different shape than the Prius C battery so again only the dealership has this battery at least where we live in California
My local dealership didn't have and shipping was 3 months due for $1200. I decided to modify the base so any other 12V battery brand could fit and problem solved for $220 instead.

Is that the hybrid battery or the regular car battery? Does it have 2 different batteries like i am thinking or no?
It's a regular battery, but a non-standard shape and size. There is another larger hybrid battery that is under the entire back seat.

I just picked one up from my local dealership too, precisely for the 2018 Prius C, however, it doesn’t seem to have the connection for the vent valve
