bro literally same thing here, I normally watch videos on TH-cam with headphones on and I was playing silent hill 2 remake for an hour and came to youtube and first video I clicked bam! pretty sure both my mom and dad heard it!😂😂😂😂😂
I love the mindset - going in the gym to build the best you - rather than going in because you dislike something about yourself and need to punish your body. I guess it's in the name bodyBUILDING - that implies growth, expanded boundaries, open mindset, community - but it does seem that a lot of people forget that and turn inwards.
This is an amazing video! Thank you for both being "deep." So many important thoughts and lessons to be learned listening to this. Mad respect for the both of you. 100% genuine conversation about things that are important.
Great video and really great insight. I am working out at home, and I do the following exercises: Bodyweight squat 3x12 reps, Jumping Jacks 3x8 reps, Forward Lunge 2x8 per leg and Crossed Arm Jumps 2x15. Those exercises I have in a workout plan I got from OnlyMeal. It's really great imo, and I am soon planning to hit the gym more regularly (they also give workouts for gym, home, outdoor. You can choose what you like on any given day). I feel like my legs became so strong already, and I lost 14lbs in the process as well, although I didn't expect that.
really happy to see this kind of mindset put to work at the gym. I think my training partner has the same mentality as me: "don't hurt yourself, but test the limits" and I think I'm lucky.
9:10 is very similar to the big pivot in mindset that has allowed me to lose 150 pounds in just over a year. Changing how I view weight training, eating reasonable portions, more fiber, and more protein from a punishment for mistakes I made to get to this size to acts of care towards myself has me excited to do the things I need to do to get and stay healthy.
I see comments about the work out, the lovely lady, and the great wisdom. But our man here is rocking Crocs! Establish that dominance lol! And oddly I am more curious what brand are his pants...
Idk if you'll see this, but i injured my hip 10 years ago during a squat (i was pushed down and injured something) I used to love squatting but now it just gives me pretty bad hip pains aswell as some leg press excersizes, how can i maintain growth in my legs when i no longer am i able to squat or use certain leg presses? Thank you
"Insufficient position" -> what does it even mean. Sounds like bro science. To me: you just can't swing / bounce / use elasticity at the beginning of a movement to gain momentum as usual in this setup. It's not a "weak position" but simply sartorius and bicep short head are rarely that isolated. They are weak. Not the position lol.
I want big thighs but it shits me because all the women who have built big legs from having naturally smaller legs is through steriods. I know its still hard work but if it could have been naturally then they would have.
Yeah, it just not that simple. But, it won't hurt you to try it for sure. Training perfectly for the most breakdown of muscle will require way more than hydration to recover and grow larger, stronger muscles. This woman is using gear and if you don't think she is, you don't understand training or recovery.
I do exactly this type of training over a year now , and I am natural ....3-4 sec negatives , 2 sec pause on the strech part , high volume, 33 sets for back for exemple, drop sets , sets to failure ....and my gains are huge , considering the fact that i have 6 years of training like normal people , just lifting the weight...but and its a big but .....i dont train every muscle once per week , i train every muscle every 9 or 10 days ... day 1 train, day 2 rest , day 3 train , day 4 rest ...and so on .... sometimes if I dont feel recovered enough,I take 2 days rest betwen training sesions , ....I have a proper sleep , 8 h / night , a proper alimentation, hidtratation etc ....sometimes i have sorenes after a leg day or back day în that muscle for 5 days or even 6 , and that is why rest days are so important , and will help you grow , but many people dont understand this ...they think that training every day will make you bigger and jaked ...wrong ....and yeah , the lady în the video is on juice
@olteanualexandru8250 Yeah, natural you will have to approach training like a scientist. And the duration of training and rest will have to be exact. Along with the highest nutritional intake. I was saying the way this woman was training, you would definitely need juice to have the look she has. I trained natural for ten years, then trained twelve years in 100mg a week EQ and 50mg a week of Anadrol. Two months on gear and four months off. Hcg at the end of the eight weeks. There is no comparison and there is no way any natural human can compete with geared humans. Being on gear makes you feel like a God. Yes, I know that's a crazy comparison but, it's a huge difference.
@@CCmagee3 I know , but I look better then 90% of people from my gym who are using roids , and they are many ...beside those who compete from my gym , I look the best ,and its not me saing this ,is them who ask me what i am doing to look like that , and they dont belive that i am natty .....I admit , i have a great genetic , big legs , small weist , large soulders , big arms ....genetic its a very importnat factor ....for ex, now i am 180 cm , 98,5 kg , at 15 % body fat
BRO I opened this video at the wrong time 😂
HAHAHA you here too, love your stuff man

You guys are both so well spoken and you guys seem very mature which is hard to come by on social media often times
Feels so refreshing!
You have one of the nicest private gyms with good natural lighting.
I love the mindset - going in the gym to build the best you - rather than going in because you dislike something about yourself and need to punish your body.

Nah what is that intro
She is awesome. Please have her on again.
Last two minutes is the content we didn't know we needed ❤️
Ive never heard all of my gym thoughts be just verbally laid out by someone else! Its not a mantra but a mindset❤🎉😊
This is an amazing video! Thank you for both being "deep." So many important thoughts and lessons to be learned listening to this. Mad respect for the both of you. 100% genuine conversation about things that are important.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the mindset about your intention around why you do what you do, thank you!!!
Oh my god she's sooo mentally healthy
And gorgeous and a sexy accent 💪🏻
Based on 1 vídeo?

I will definitely try that workout and meal plan. wish me luck haha

I think i learned something new about myself after watching that intro. also great video, i always like how you explain the intricacies in everything.
Thought I came for the eye camdy, but left with a bunch of mindset wisdom and motivation.... salute. 💪🏾💪🏾
As much Hattie n Eugene content as possible pls.. great training dynamic & sense of humour between you both. Very cool 🤗💖💪
I liked the points about the different forms self love takes. Thanks for the video
I needed to hear everything she had to say ! Just have to figure out how to apply it to my life
Pendulum squats are great. They are hardest in the stretched (bottom) position, and are relatively easy on a person's cardiovascular system.
Eugene’s editor knew exactly what he was doing starting off the video the way it did. ;)
Appreciate the psychology angle you brought on this session
Its great to see altwo people with healthy mindsets in the gym when so much of bodybuilding culture is so toxic
Amazing video ! Liked everything. No music. Lighting of the gym 😍 what has been said, the hard work and the end about fatherhood.
The YUPPP!!! at 12:35 got me all pumped like Ronny Coleman is the spotter

Amazing ! This is huge congratulations ! 👏🏼
Workouts and talks about life, I dig it
We did it boyz. We're getting Eugene to 1M subs by the end of the year👌

Top tier intro😂
She was spitting facts in the beginning.🔥
Thanks for sharing🙏😁
She makes a great point.
Lifting hard and talkin philosophy of life 💙
Hattie is awesome!
Editor knew exactly what he was doing with this intro.
Damn. Thank you for showing me what a healthy, wholesome workout looks like. The outro was 😢
I wore my dad uniform to the gym last week and got some stares.
I see comments about the work out, the lovely lady, and the great wisdom. But our man here is rocking Crocs! Establish that dominance lol!
And oddly I am more curious what brand are his pants...
such a sweet, beautiful ending
I was on public transport when i opened the video so i took out my headphones so everyone else could listen along
Awesome one
1:56 maximum effort not to drop the crocs
I love hattieeee
Well at least Eugene is not moaning
Edit: I was wrong
Thank god I'm alone in the room 😂
Takes hard work and dedication 💪
Cool to see Hattie back at the gym :)
I saw the legs and I was like “Hattie!”
good stuff
What’s the brand of eugene’s pants? I really like them
I thought she was done at 5 on the pendulum then she got more than 10 more 😮
Great video vary professional! Does that last exercise single leg RDLs work target the glutes? If so then I'm going to add that to my glute session.
This whole video feels like B Roll
Idk if you'll see this, but i injured my hip 10 years ago during a squat (i was pushed down and injured something) I used to love squatting but now it just gives me pretty bad hip pains aswell as some leg press excersizes, how can i maintain growth in my legs when i no longer am i able to squat or use certain leg presses? She has some crazy calves
Watch the intro with eyes closed
Well I finished.
What kind of pants?
Why doing leg curls before SLD?
I surprised to see you do legs so soon after hanging with DR. MIKE
the kids name is meadow? i really hope its an homage to john meadows, we miss him dearly
Yes 😌🤝
Was confused if I should go work out or lock the door.
I am wondering, is this a public gym? I mean, did Eugene made it public? Or it’s just for him?
Softer than a marshmallow awww 😄
she seemed like the quiet type for a sec...she is a machine gun eventually.

She loves the physical pain which is great
The audio is clearly why my girlfriend looks so weird at me at the moment 💀
Another... 10 later 3 mopre solid reps like that!
I want big thighs but it shits me because all the women who have built big legs from having naturally smaller legs is through steriods. I know its still hard work but if it could have been naturally then they would have.
girls with these legs are the reason i dont bother with calves lol
stéroides is good 🤣🤣
"Reps in reserve don't count"
Without the gear, these training techniques won't work.
GeaR..? Stay hydrated n motivated, it's easy

Dude please put a warning of something 😅
1M sub creep!
Crocs falling off g
💪💪
she’s bigger than him
Everyone is taking shots at Mike Israetel with their leg curl videos to failure lately. I get that he’s a meme at this point but give it a rest.
he’s so tiny
plastic surgery on fleek
Steroids steroids and more steroids
She's a Pro BBr. She has to be on GeaR. Lots of other athletes are as well, not nearly as much in this world, but many are
She wore the most overrated Nike's ever.
Perception is reality.
Eugening my two with that intro
