After watching the Creature Commandos, a new show on Max, I wondered the legality of each of the Creature Commandos being in prison. Although they are under the government and imprisoned, are they liable for their actions while in Pokolistan and should they really be in prison? Using criminal law terms of first degree murder, manslaughter, felony murder, and negligence, I decide whether or not each of the Creature Commandos are innocent or guilty for their actions.
