Never ever peel the potatoes, carrots, apples. Scrub clean with baking soda, even a little dish soap, and or lemon juice. The skins are dense with nutrients that you need! I'm 73 and have never peeled the potatoes for years!
Best way is to boil potatoes and then use for any recipe it retains the food value. Also sweet potatoes are more nutritious than normal ones.
And dense with mold, toxins and pesticides specially root vegetables. I say it’s better to peel them.

I have found that when you strain flaxseed gel while its hot, you get ALL of the gel. It will still thicken when it cools.
Grate potato thin,
strained you have potato juice then put lemon juice
Them take flax seeds and take 200 ml water
And cook till 5 6 mins , let it cool and strain and take the jelly like stuff .
Then take white rice and grind in mixer. Add cornstarch and 200 ml water and heat over low heat till becomes creamy , let it cool and add coconut oil 1 tsp, mix mix mix .
Mix everything till homogeneous at castor oil 1 tsp also argan oil , tea tree oil, smooth consistency should be there.
Can freeze till a week.
Cover with foil for 1 hr after applying

This is definitely a good one for my type 3c/4a curls and coils. The only thing I will do is strain the mixture but the ingredients are amazing! ❤from Apollo Beach, Florida!

I m using only flax seeds and rice in same manner, still getting good results.
Looks like an overkill to me. All of these ingredients do help with either hair growth or health. I have seen Asian women from villages using less ingredients and have great results. Rice water or coconut oil, caster oil is also known to promote hair growth. Potato can also darken grey hair.
Can't compare Asian women hair type to a Black woman with natural hair...just saying

Thank you , for showing this video…..just the way my mom alway make it’s, when I was a teenage, making this recipe, potato for some reason it’s does reddish your hair…. It’s did it’s on my Mon hair. She make it’s like that….., if you want more reddish, she make the potato the same way, but use the juice only of the potatoes and water little bit…..just to use its as rises your hair…..at end of washing your hair…

Can I prepare this without lemon juice? I don't want to put lemon juice on my head cause I heard some people talking about it's depilatory effects.
in lockdown i tried to brighten my hair using lemon, used it atleast 5-10 times, the only side effect was a bit of frizz and that too because i was applying lemon juice straight up on my scalp💀

peel potato 🥔 after that grind potato next squeeze the juice + add lemon juice (1) , take a bowl put rice powder+ corn flour mix together and boil and cream texture after remove the heat(2), step 3 mix 1+ 2 part means lemon juice+potato juice+ rice and corn cream mix well and add coconut oil +argon oil+ 10 drop tea tree oil +castor oil 1tablespoon all mix and apply for 1hour on hair
