Recipe and ingredients:
Grind 2 tablespoons of white rice.
200 ml of water.
Heat over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture becomes creamy.
While still warm, add 1 tablespoon of unrefined coconut oil.
Place 2 tablespoons of flax seeds in a pot.
200 ml water.
Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Strain through medical gauze to extract the flaxseed gel.
Add flaxseed gel to the rice mixture.
🥕🥕Grate 2 carrots, squeeze juice from the carrots.
🍋Add juice of 1/2 lemon.
Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil.
1 tablespoon of castor oil.
1 tablespoon of grape seed oil.
Puree the mixture with a blender.
This recipe can be used by men and women, including pregnant women.
This amount is enough for 2 applications on long hair.
Apply a keratin mask to the entire length of the hair.
Cover with a hat or cling film.
Leave the mask on your hair for 1 hour and then wash as usual.
The result is smooth and silky hair from the first use!
The hair is soft and nourished with valuable substances.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
