Yes it’s a shame - I think it’s ignorance more so as I’m my gym the guys are lovely but have idea about light - luckily we can open the door and windows

I agree, the artificial light in gyms robs people of major benefits, I think they do this knowingly too.

Yes they are my go to if I get tight and then after I can touch the wall again my legs and back feel amazing
