The Noosa Bar and Bay. Monday morning, September 30, 2024.

A beautiful morning here in Noosa with blue skies and a light 3 to 5 knot southerly breeze blowing at the river mouth. A small rolling swell on the bar. Some half decent sets between the groynes. BOM forecast is for southerly winds 10 to 15 knots turning east to south easterly in the late morning and early afternoon. Seas: Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore south of Maroochydore later in the evening. Swell: South easterly 1 to 1.5 metres inshore, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore.
