I was taught whenever outside in the sun for more than one minute we should wear a hat of some sort along with sunscreen.

That’s interesting Arthur. I can see this being the case in extremely hot climates.

I use face wash, moisturizer, scrub, spf, and vit c and retinol serum. Maybe it’s a bit much but it’s worth it to me and only takes 10-15 minutes maybe less if your fast.
