Great content..and spot-on about natural fibers. Although invented in the 50's, polyester didn't become prevalent in clothing until the 60's. The quality from natural fibers in menswear prior to then, along with the obligatory visit to the tailor, made everyone look good regardless of race, income, status, title.

Now for your inquiry…It depends on your use case. But I’ll give you an example. Let’s say you’re in sales and you move around a lot and you would like a suit that is more flexible and malleable for mobility. I would look for a suit that has any where from 1-10% elastane 90-99% wool or a natural fiber(s). Were as if I was shopping for gym clothes I may look for something that is 88% polyester 12% spandex. These are just examples but hope this helps Arthur!
