Thank you! I just gave up and didn't use my shokz for 2 months because of this, tried fixing it bc i was bored and had free time
I came here for help with the opencomm as it won't play TH-cam videos. 🤦 Not playing on the device to help fix the device.
guys make sure you see the lights go blue AND red if it’s not showing up on bluetooth

When off, Make sure ur holding power on button for 5 secs.
