The Pros actually have a flaw...hopefully they can remedy the problem with a software update...
My Pros actually turn-off at random times...I tried re-setting several times, I tried switching between my Samsung and Iphone, I tried using my wife's phone (Samsung) and experienced the same issue...I then shpped it back for a new pair...but the second pair has the same issues.

My shokz turn off with 20% power how to stop that I want it to turn off at zero % and the warning to "charge me" every minute turned off as well.
