Thanks so much for both your informative videos on the FWB 124/127. Recently I’ve acquired a few old springers. I have a FWB 300s and just bought a 124d on eBay and I’m waiting for it to be delivered. I found a BSF S70 in a gun shop the other day and have been getting the parts from ARH to rebuild it. Another one is a Carl Gustaf Swedish airgun made after WW2 that came from the Beeman collection. Thanks again and I hope to see more videos on tuning these fine old guns.

hello , i got a 127 .22 lux , the cocking arm is a weak point ,it can bend , and break . so i made a hw 80 cocking arm to fit , the part that goes in the piston used the orginal piece from the broken one, i welded and forged it at the hw 80 arm , (shortening that hw one ,. )it rides playfree tru the stock groove , works great and you have to thin the arm a little to fit in the barrel pivot point .

i f you want to correct the barreldroop , i do it with levels set the cilinder in a vice and level , put the level on the barrel and it should be the same . only if a barrel is excact in line you get the max accuracy , also with open sights . because the piston bounce is also not so disrupting the barrel , it flips less
