You not only have to pay to own the place but you probably have to pay $2,000 thousand a month for the lot fee you will never ever really truly own the place plus you will have to probably spend another 10-20 thousand to upgrade the place

This place is trash , need a lot of work, better off somebody buy the cheapest they can, toss the whole house out garbage the whole thing, and put the new one out there, would be a same price if you want to remodel and clean everything up and make it livable, I live in California in the mobile home park....
