It's the Exhaust manifold, , can't keep water out without pulling the pipe and covering the tin work. It will fill the 2nd cylinder with water . I have the crank for it and use it if I leave it outside for a while in the rain just to make sure it won't water lock before I hit the key . 10-30 to 30 . That's the best part about these old machines They don't care . Don't be worried about feeling a chunk of metal in the drain plug whole if when you pull the plug and it looks blocked. It the plug that goes in the end of the oil pickup screen . Quick fix just pull the pan bolts . My pan had a small leak so I killed 2 birds that day .
