What specs do SSD drives need to fit. I tried to install an Emtec X300 M.2 SSD Power Pro 256 GB, M.2 2280, NVMe PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 but it won't be recognized in a B3 BIOS said M2 slot is empty. Tried two different SSD drives with same behaviour.
i have the exact same problem i got a new ssd see: pci3 gen 3 x 4 2280 ssd p34a60 from 256gb I realized that the connector is slightly different, but if I insert the ssd in use in the second slot also in the ssd one it is not recognized. i hope someone from bmax is able to answer. greetings and thanks marco
Hi recently my bmax b2 broke, and I would like to know if I can get his ssd and insert it into another pc to back up the data. I need to do this because the files I have are very important.
@BMAXIT Official And also can you confirm please if the HDMI outputs for B2 can output 3840x2160 at 60Hz ? I can't go beyond 30Hz with mine and I keep buying new HDMI cables with no success, but maybe UHD 30Hz is the limit for hdmi on Intel HD500 from Bmax B2? Thanks.

@@Ciprianolaurus Specific cable is needed if you use with an adapter for regular 2.5inch ssd. You can get help from our amz shop to know which is the compatible one.
what is the largest sata disk I can connect? Will it take 4 tb? I want it for movies
It appears BMAX does not allow the ability to boot from the 2nd 2.5" ssd.

SATA SSD can be upgraded ... ? from 128Gb to ....
256Gb or 500 Gb (BMax B2 Plus)
Mine has an optional HDD upgrade.

It can't make 60Hz and it only has 30Hz.

RAM memory can be upgraded?
B3 Plus and B4 pro's RAM memory can be upgraded via slots.
