4:44 people forget his target demographic is kids. Of course children are going to believe what they’re seeing is real and that Mr. Beast is a good guy It’s like when you were a kid watching movies and fully believing the fictional worlds were real. Then 10 years later watching the movie again and questioning how the hell you thought the graphics were good.
Wasn't there still the point with the Ivanka Trump/workplace chat thing that *the person who posted thought she was underage* in that photo though? So yes, it wasn't an underage picture of Ivanka being posted and yes Dogpack could've put a little more effort into verifying that but _"Check out this picture of Ivanka Tump I found, she's like 15. Woah!"_ is still weird and still gross, at least to me anyway.
i'd say its not "technically speaking legal" but "technically speaking not illegal", those things are vastly different. ps. you cant become mega rich and not fuck at least few people in the process, thats just how it is, imo.
So not gonna defend anything that mr. beast is doing or have done. But there is a big difference if he did the crypto trades himself or if a team managing his wallet was doing it. Reason is that they will then have to prove that mr. beast ordered the people under him to buy and sell these crypto's. So the comparison made at 16:18 "i didnt kill the guy, i just hired someone to kill him" would rather be a case of "i didnt kill the guy, but i hired someone to make him shutup and that person killed him on his own initiative" until proven otherwise. Both look bad, but on paper the difference would like between a muder charge and a unintentional manslaughter charge.
There is only so much plausible deniability You can claim you only hired the guy to keep them quiet but at the end of the day you hired a hitman and no matter how you word it a hitman is gonna do what a hitman does In this case , If your hiring a team that has consistently and is known for pumping and dumping then your hiring them knowing that's what they will do.
@@mk_gamíng0609 yes. But where it gets triggy is that they need to prove that he knowingly hired a hitman or in this case that he knowingly hired the team to do this and had knowledge about every move they made, if they cant do that then they will have to judge mr. beast and his teams actions as seperate actions. Whats matter isnt neccerely the truth but if the truth can be proven. To refer back to the hitman refference. There is much more plausible deniability if they cant prove that that he knowingly hired a hitman. Yes a hitman does what a hitman does, but if they cant prove that the guy there hired the hitman knew what the hitman does, then it changes the case ^^
Here hoping the Jimmy vs. Dog pack lawsuit is televised for her content. Also looking forward to the video reacting to dogpack allegations video debunking most of em.
What are the things I find kind of funny about this is them saying experts in the field when it’s like dude crypto hasn’t been a thing for that long for anyone to be an expert on it. You need years of study and research to be an expert yeah you can use the knowledge you have about normal investments and hope that that tracks but I feel like crypto is its own beast. That’s stupid by the wayand I’m an expert on crypto at this point
Rosanna was the one who filed the fbi statement, and she tested 3 different edits of the speculated csam in her thumbnail to see which one would get more views. Dogpack just went through the chat with her.
Shoutout to Mr. Beast for keeping all our favourite content creators well fed with all these controversies

Guys I would implore you to stay unbiased till the court cases start please 😅
Honestly, I’d actually probably label Alex Soros as the worst person on the planet currently…
Has she seen the controversy on Johnny Somali yet?
HELLA OFF TOPIC, but please don't ever change your intro. Literally, I paused the first ever video of yours I watched to subscribe.😂
