i believe the major problem i have with the reactions to your takes in Jimmothy breast actions: Is that you clearly never believed him, but now people are doing the work to disarm this idea that he was good at any point, you already knew the kool aid was shit, but there where people that, legitemately believed mr breast: I do not jest, even the same person you are reacting too defended the breast. HMMM. This is very fair criticism. Maybe since I never drank the Kool-Aid, I have a hard time empathizing with wanting to break down all of the beliefs people had about him. I just simply don't understand it. This has me thinking, genuinely. To me, it's all dumb because I was always distrustful of him. But for others, he's been building this persona for a long time, and they believed in him. So pointing these things out still have value for them, even if not for me.

To be fair...MOST companies use donated money for selfish gain. That's why I never donate to those Walmart charities (or any big company that asks me to round up and donate the change to charity) because they're gonna donate that claim it on taxes and get a tax break all without spending a penny.
This is what I've been saying. Don't bother donating at large corpo stores. It's for tax breaks which they already get tons of in comparison to average people and small businesses. I just note the charity and then donate a few $$ to it online instead when I have the extra cash.

Not too cynical at all. This sort of behaviour should at the very least be suspected. Why? because there is over 100 years of history showing it happens. People seemed to have forgotten that the point of learning history was to stop a lot of it from repeating. If you keep giving everyone the benefit of the doubt then history is bound to repeat itself. The whole showing people you're doing good always feels weird to me. I was raised as a Methodist and their main shtick was to help those that need it. You help someone because they need it, not for an ego boost or to receive credit for your good deeds. The people I've helped don't even know my name. Some people I've helped don't even know I was the one that helped them.

For me, there are so many "accusations" going around that that I basically tuned out the noise and am just waiting for what's actually true to be determined in a court of law or actual private investigation firms.

I too have never liked Mr. Beast. He does give lizard person vibes maybe not on the level of Mark Zuckerberg but still. Anyone that claims to do or be something positive I take with a grain of salt more so if it’s documented on video. If you are a good person your actions will reflect that, there’s no need to glaze yourself unless it’s for some form of status gain or a benefit like tax breaks or whatever. None of this about him surprises me.

What i got out of this video is that mr beast uses editing to exaggerate & make things look more impressive and looks like a lizard in human skin. However it is still undeniably true that he also builds wells, cures blind people etc. Does he spend all of his money on charity? no, but he spends a shitton more on charity than any of these reaction youtubers trying to cancel him. The biggest cringe take i heard is that he only does charity work for his image. if you were one of the blind people that he helped cure, would that even matter to you? Do you think the african towns that have clean drinking water hate mr beast? Im not even a big mr beast fan either, i just think people trying to find fault when he does charity is pure garbage.
