Mnemonic for differentiating between Externus/Internus obliquus abdominis and Externi/Interni intercostales by the direction of the muscle fibers: Hands on pockEts = Externus/Externi Hands on tIts = Internus/Interni
Agreed, especially for the musculoskeletal system. I’ll mention it in the next video, but the next time you bench press, you’ll feel your serrated anterior contract on the final push of the press
Tell us a little bit about your heritage and why you have this unique ability to be able to teach the way you do there's something in your background I'm sure it would be interesting if you care to share it. Would you mind sharing with your parents do for a living?
Do you have a video on the directions of fibers and the training principles based on the direction of fibers? Is it advantageous to train movements based on the direction of fibers or it doesn't matter? Thanks!
I haven't done one yet, but I have plans to. Feel free to email me at patkellyteaches at gmail if there's a specific lesson you want to see. I'm open to ideas!
A lots possible over billions of years. We can see clear micro evolution in places like Chernobyl where radiation forces quicker mutations. Given enough time, tiny changes come together to create an organism that is unrecognizable from what it came from. It starts small, growing more complicated as the creature needs to do more to survive. A fish has a simpler musculoskeletal system than we do, by over time parts can become more or less complex

can you describe your information about the muscles in terms is that are refined, layman terms😮
you forgot to elaborate on the serratus anterior :((
That is a shoulder muscle.. it has actions on the scapula, not actions on the back. That's why it wasn't mentioned in this group.
