I think it’s more of a work appropriate vs super casual thing, especially with the bun. The right side bun is something you do if you’re cleaning, lounging on the couch, maybe running a quick errand, or going to sleep. The left side bun looks professional and well kept.
Totally agree! Also maybe using a young asian girl isn’t the best way to demonstrate how hair can show off fine lines and wrinkles. Lol

I call those excessively tight buns women wear that tell you they are far too uptight in real life, a "sex-me-not-bun". I was in the Army and had to wear my hair up, unless your job demands your hair up...just don't. But I did get tongue dropping male attention regardless of my hair. Not a wonder she had to use a surrogate with her own hubby....

Dina Loula This is none of my business but I'm butting in....you see we click on the video watch it....after a few styles hmmm scroll down the comments....read the comments then you read one that makes you realize 'you know what that person is right,' the hell with all the vanity. And thus...there you have it.... We side with reason. Sometimes they click on the video not to even watch it but comment....on it... because it's in their recommendations. I appreciate the Men that do that....and ladies sometimes they actually have great ideas, and insight. So I hope I answered your question. If not.....carry on. 🐾
Basically, neat and orderly is old and messy and careless is young. Either way I like to look clean and presentable
I dislike the old is gold and modern divide. Constantly wearing your hair in really tight styles can cause hair loss, reversely messy buns look ugly to me. Find what you like from both styles
There's nothing wrong with taking a middle partition. I don't think it adds up age. Both side and mid partition make it's own beauty. Everyone should try both now and then.

The middle parting looks gorgeous on many people though! (It does make the person look older which doesn't necessarily make it bad)
The woman in the video is an example of someone who looks hella good with the middle parting
If you have less hair then it can make you look old but if you have thick hair then you'll look more Younger in middle parting

Haven't read ALL comments, but has anyone mentioned that pulling your hair up and off your face, is like an instant facelift?? And eye lift. If your hair is long enough, it works really well. It's cheaper than that lifting tape. Totally natural and.... Free!! ( Cheaper than cheap)!Yay.

This is GREAT! Thank you! Not so much that it makes us look older (esp since being older is not a bad thing in itself :) but these are ways to help look sharper, more awake, happier, more focused, elegant, more present & less flat or faded. Very helpful! I can now apply these simple principles to other hairstyles as well!

I do all these "mistakes" because I have one of those faces but these "mistakes" flatter my face more. These things may make you look older but also more sophisticated and classy. If you have awesome skin and a nice cheekbone structure you don't have to worry.

I have a super round face and chubby cheeks - middle part is the only one that looks really good on me! Side parts tend to make me look really boy-ish or like there's something just "off" about my look
My 55 yr mom always tell me( 28yr) to loose the tight bun and not to centre part my hair. That make me look older than my age. My son is just turned 1. My mom is so trendy..... 🤗

This is not about age, this is about style and facial features. Center och Side parting of the hair is better or wore depending on the shape of your face. Lose or tight bun or pony tail depending on style.
The first one is the opposite for me. Parting in the middle is so princessy

I used to have 4c hair, but i didn't like it cause i couldn't make enough sthles how i wanted it to. Now i have relaxed hair. I literally thought that my hair would be like theirs not needing gel and grows on its own. Then my mom told me that i have to relax it ever time i get new growths, i have ends like crazy and my hair is still the same lenght. Wished I've known sooner

the left side isn't something to avoid tbh, it's actually good if you want something elegant and sophisticated look and the right is if you wanna be just casual and chic. Hairstyle is a personal preference and will depend on your face shapw and what look you wanna lean on, so i don't think there's a downside with it.
If you really pay attention to the video, it's not how you put or wear your hair that made the difference... The difference from the first to the second is at the end of the second video she was smiling... A smile on your face makes the whole difference it makes you younger in all angles 😊

This totally depends on you face cut what should you do curl or straight or center partition or side partition. Shradha has different face cut so she choose side partition or curly hair.
my hair is always a mess. at this point I can straighten it, comb the hell out of it, tie it it will come out a mess.
when I straighten my hair it goes back to my natural soft waves in like 1 hour with hairspray. my hair gets tangled in the first 5 minutes I go outside and its impossible to run my fingers through it, when I tie my hair in a high ponytail it looks slick and then my hair gets more volume and looks like I have extensions.
Now it's just comb it, make a small part on the side, and just run my fingers through it and leave it.
