I believe sun is good for us, we need vitamin D, I prefer sunbathing to vit D pills and chemical creams all my life... its all good as long as we dont over-do it (for long time or on wrong time of the day) and as long as we don't have a special skin issue... people did not have sunblock creams in the old days, they used hats, thin shawls, clothes w/ natural breathable fabrics and/or umbrellas, how natural n how cool...

I've watched & learned from several of your TH-cam videos, and they all have this same annoying problem. I'm sure you could make just one sales pitch during each of your videos & still make lots of money. I subscribe to you channel for the information, not the sales pitches.
