    I made these last week and they turned out amazing! They had a subtle green tea flavour with an awesome chocolate taste. Thanks so much for the idea and thank you for your great videos!

    Hi I just baked my cookies with this recipe and the texture is so good, even I have to bake a bit longer
    But with the flavor, I have some suggestions:
    1. I only add 2/3 the amount of sugar (I only use white sugar) but it turned out a little bit sweeter than the way I one...so reduce sugar if you don't like it to be too sweet
    2. Add more matcha powder if you prefer a strong matcha taste
    3. I use almonds and cream cheese as a topping, and I did not use any chocolate chips, so If u use it, then reduce more sugar.

    What type of matcha did you use? I'm getting so confused because some websites are saying it's good to use premium or ceremonial matcha and then others are saying it's not good for baking 😵

    • @eatsbyrachel
      @eatsbyrachel  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ceremonial grade isn't necessary! I would say regular or premium should work fine.
