The Mr Boulder catchphrases are brilliant and tbh I always like it when they pop up in your videos! You also say "not too fussed" and variations of "if they'd left that off/cut those songs the album would have been all the better for it" a lot, but that's how I know I am watching a Mr Boulder video 👍
I like those language mannerisms of mr Boulder because they are making this channel something more individual and unique. My favourite are: "as far as I am concerned" and "by any stretch of imagination". 😊
Don't worry, mate! Everyone has their own style and frequent terms/expressions! That's what makes each channel unique! Some of my most used words are 'brilliant', 'fantastic', 'atmospheric' and 'epic' (as you probably know). If I had a penny for every time I used one of those words, I'd have £5.63! (A joke by Neil in 'The Young Ones'). :D Probably more, actually! My favourite Mr. Boulder catchphrases are "It has to be said!" and "It belongs in the bin!" (I have started using the latter myself!)
Hi James!!! Great response to Mike's fun thread and you have picked some cool album tittles..... i think you're right AIC's comeback album with Duvall is a really album and the tittle too. cheers and be well
Brilliant title choices and also a lot of classic albums shown here! I agree, that MORBID ANGEL album is severely underrated. I still haven't heard that ALICE IN CHAINS album, but your description of it has made me interested. Excellent choice with NILE; their albums always feature brilliant music, titles, artwork and lyrics! Great response, mate!
That Morbid Angel album is excellent mate, very underrated. You gotta check out that Alice In Chains album, you will love it. Can't go wrong with Nile, a band that gets a bit overlooked. Cheers mate
Agreed agreed agreed great Megadeth cover , their next three albums are iconic with So Far So Good So What no t getting the love that Peace Sells and Rust in Peace Get but is so excellent Mary Jane is such a killer track ! I love that Sex Pistols cover , I was a young man when the movie Sid and Nancy came out and took my girlfriend to the Avon Theater here in Providence , Rhode Island USA to the midnight show and it didn’t disappoint and her name is Nancy ! Great stuff Mr Boulder , cheers from USA 🤘🏻
Hi Sean. You really isn't go wrong with the early Megadeth albums So Far So Good So What gets a but overlooked I think as its sandwiched between Peace Sells and Rust. Cheers for watching and commenting fella 👍
@@mrboulder9714 Sure is great stuff , Megadeth was my last concert I went to in 2016 it’s been a while , I took my best buddy to see Megadeth that was his favorite band and his last wish as he had terminal pancreatic cancer , I surprised him with tix we were in the third row center stage Dave Mustaine was right in front what an excellent show and memory , I do have pictures on my Facebook of that show what a great time and Children of Bodom opened for them I like them as well Alexi Laiho rip was phenomenal, oh I’m writing a small book here lol , love the early Megadeth most and some of later stuff as well, I’m not on here a lot but occasionally catch a video of yours , great channel Mr Boulder and cheers from Providence, Rhode Island , USA 🥂
Worth mentioning that a title "Vulgar display of power" was borrowed by Phil Anselmo directly from the dialogue between the Devil and father Karras in the movie "The Exorcist".
Nice response James. Never Mind the Bollocks is a excellent pick, was thinking about picking that one myself. Nile is one that I didn't think of, but excellent choice as well. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great response James! Some really cool album titles, love those Megadeth, AC/DC, Pantera and Carcass albums! I need to check out those Entombed, Alice In Chains and Morbid Angel albums. I don't know the other albums. Nice one 😁🤘🏻🤘🏻
@mrboulder9714 You're welcome mate, as always! Ha yeah, slowly but surely! I've now heard the first 2 Entombed albums, still need to hear some Morbid Angel after Altars of madness. But I'm getting there! 😁🤘🏻
@mrboulder9714 Yeah man! I've still got so much Thrash and Death Metal from back in the day to check out, I'll get there eventually it's just difficult to keep up with everything. I'm glad I've decided to not keep up with new albums unless I know the band, because that would just be too much!
Some awesome album titles you picked out, James! Good to see Alice in Chains, Pantera, Morbid Angel, Megadeth and Carcass. Great response to Mike's thread!
Some fucking beasts here James- Megadeth, Morbid Angel, Carcass....that Nile record needs reissued, only one I don't have on vinyl. Killer video mate!!
@mrboulder9714 I remember! The same week you got it, I was looking at one on discogs that was £90 before postage from America! Right place. Right time James! Surelly it'll be repressed at some point! Oh aye and that Morbid Angel album is massively underrated. I had it on this afternoon, an absolute beast!!
Great stuff, Mr Boulder. I also love AICs Black Gives Way to Blue and reckon there’s a subtle reference to ACDCs Back in Black with both albums representing the band’s rebirth following the loss of their lead singers. In terms of great titles, I’d add Mr Bungle’s Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny… sums up the insane, musical and comedic genius that is Mike Patton! 😊 Plus, Soundgarden’s BadMotorFinger and Superunknown, probably not surprisingly!
Nice varied selection of titles and genres as always james I'm with you on formula's it's criminally underrated another case of fans not willing to accept any other vocalist looking forward to the deicide ranking!
I had that Carcass tape and played it in painting class once. I could never figure out what some of the words on that album meant. I even looked it up in the dictionary and they weren't there. They were some surgical terminology. The tape version of the cover doesn't really do the cover design any favors.
I do like that Megadeth album title great title., I guess that's a great Ac/dc album title but it doesn't make my list. yeah that Alice in chains album title is very cool , heres my list Kiss- Destroyer Kiss - Dressed to kill Kiss - Hotter than hell Van Halen - Woman and children first Def Leppard - On through the night Def Leppard - High n Dry Led Zeppelin - Houses of the holy Led Zeppelin - in through the out door Iron Maiden- 7th son Iron Maiden - Somewhere in time Judas Priest - Sin after sin Judas Priest - Point of entry
Here's my list: - Judas Priest - British Steel, - Diamond Head - Lightning to the Nations, - Tank - Filth Hounds of Hades, - Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind, - Metallica - Ride the Lightning, - Mercyful Fate - Don't Break the Oath, - Flotsam & Jetsam - No Place for Disgrace - Sodom - Tapping the Vein, - Candlemass - King of the Grey Islands, - Sodom - In War and Pieces.
Must stop saying 'fantastic' all the time 😅

Fun fact: Megadeth's first album was orignally going to be called "Killing is my Business... and this week it's 30% off" :)
Black Friday sales? 😉
😂😂
Hi James!!! Great response to Mike's fun thread and you have picked some cool album tittles..... i think you're right AIC's comeback album with Duvall is a really album and the tittle too. cheers and be well
Black Gives Way To Blue is a stunning comeback album definitely. Cheers Cristian

Thanks for the information. I've only seen The Exorcist once so I didn't know about that. Cheers
Fun Stuff. Enjoyed your response James. And its got me thinking what I have in my collection.🤔
Would be cool to see a response from you too Keith. Cheers mate 👍
Nice response James. Never Mind the Bollocks is a excellent pick, was thinking about picking that one myself. Nile is one that I didn't think of, but excellent choice as well. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Never Mind The Bollocks was one of the first one's to spring to mind. Nile have many great album titles don't they mate. Cheers Roger
Great album titles you picked there. Can't go wrong with any of them. Liked you showed that Entombed album!!
Thanks mate. Glad you enjoyed it, and yes, that's an underrated Entombed album. Cheers George
Great response James! Some really cool album titles, love those Megadeth, AC/DC, Pantera and Carcass albums! I need to check out those Entombed, Alice In Chains and Morbid Angel albums. I don't know the other albums. Nice one 😁🤘🏻🤘🏻
Cheers Josh as always mate. You're making your way through that list then 😂
@mrboulder9714 You're welcome mate, as always! Ha yeah, slowly but surely! I've now heard the first 2 Entombed albums, still need to hear some Morbid Angel after Altars of madness. But I'm getting there! 😁🤘🏻
@JoshKeech You still got so much great stuff to hear mate.

Fantastic picks... especially 'Dirty Deeds...' :)
Dirty Deeds is a great title.
Cheers Kim
Some awesome album titles you picked out, James! Good to see Alice in Chains, Pantera, Morbid Angel, Megadeth and Carcass. Great response to Mike's thread!
Thanks Tony as always mate 👍
For Whom The Gods Detest is a great title! didn't think of that one. Killer selections and great response!
Cheers Steve. Nile have lots of great titles don't they mate
Fantastic! Oops. Did you ever hear Meads of Asphodels' covers of Discharge songs? They sound more or less just like Discharge.
Haha 😂 Nice one Nigel. No I'm not familiar with the cover versions you mentioned, I'll have to give them a listen. Cheers
Some fucking beasts here James- Megadeth, Morbid Angel, Carcass....that Nile record needs reissued, only one I don't have on vinyl.
Killer video mate!!
Cheers as always mate. I was lucky with that Nile album, got it for 30 quid on Ebay. Absolute bargain
@mrboulder9714 I remember! The same week you got it, I was looking at one on discogs that was £90 before postage from America! Right place. Right time James! Surelly it'll be repressed at some point!

That's a good point you make with AIC and AC/DC. I did consider putting BadMotorFinger on the list. Thanks for watching
How can I laugh tomorrow if I can't even smile today
That's a great title
Nice varied selection of titles and genres as always james I'm with you on formula's it's criminally underrated another case of fans not willing to accept any other vocalist looking forward to the deicide ranking!
Formulas is such a great album, if people have ignored it then it's their loss. Cheers Robert
Fantastic response James …some real bangers there
Cheers Marty. Was a fun video to do mate
Great response James not heard much Mike stuff so that title is a new one on me. I thought about the Carcass one but I don't know what it means lol
Cheers Mike and sorry it took me so long to get round to this. Fuck knows what that Carcass title means mate 😂
I had that Carcass tape and played it in painting class once. I could never figure out what some of the words on that album meant. I even looked it up in the dictionary and they weren't there. They were some surgical terminology. The tape version of the cover doesn't really do the cover design any favors.
Yeah, you really need to have Necrotocism on vinyl to fully appreciate the artwork. Cheers fella
I do like that Megadeth album title great title., I guess that's a great Ac/dc album title but it doesn't make my list.

I'll just do a pick for Anthrax - Among the Living, great track, great album, cool title
Yeah, that is a cool title and great album. Cheers for watching
I'd have gone with 'The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here' for AIC. As for others, there are far too many to choose from!
I did think about going with The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here but, in the end decided to go with Black Gives Way To Blue. Cheers James
Here's my list:
- Judas Priest - British Steel,
- Diamond Head - Lightning to the Nations,
- Tank - Filth Hounds of Hades,
- Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind,

At least the Steve Tucker era didn't write that awful ILLUD DIVINUM INSANUS album.
Yeah, that album is a mess. Cheers fella
W.A.S.P--Still not Black enough!Love the title but the album was lame!
Great title pick. I've never heard the album, though. Cheers fella
